First time I have ever walked away from your hotel this disappointed. Booked a room overlooking the pool. Received a beautiful view of the alley in the back. Paid $50 extra for a late check out at 2: pm Housekeeping knocked on the door at 11:10. Went to breakfast and came back around 1 pm to find my keys not working. I paid a lot of money to be treated like a guest and was really treated as a persona non grata!

Over all wasn't bad I wish the bar had better hours in the lobby and the pool that's a bummer.room with balcony is nice and clean.

We had no hot water in the room at all

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zoso! The location was perfect and the staff was wonderful!

The luggage carts need to be repaired… the TV should be ready to go. The wrong room number was programmed on our tv. We couldn’t even get it to connect to our phone in day 3. Our bath faucet kept falling off and the water pressure was low.

The staff was very nice acomadating and super helpful to help us enjoy our night .

I recently stayed at Hotel Zoso in Palm Springs, and while the room itself was perfectly fine, the check-in experience left a very negative first impression.

When I arrived, the front desk employee (Aiyannah or something like that?) didn’t greet me or acknowledge me in any way. She simply stared at me as I approached the desk, to the point that I actually had to ask, “Can I approach?” Her response was a curt, “Yeah?” which immediately felt strange and unwelcoming.

I arrived a little before check-in and approached the front desk to ask whether a room might be ready early or, if not, whether the hotel could hold my bags. Before I could even finish my question, the front desk employee interrupted me and stated that no rooms were ready. After I clarified that I was also asking about luggage storage, she asked for my name and then immediately found that a room was, in fact, ready.

The interaction only became more uncomfortable from there. The employee informed me that I had booked a “California resident rate” and said she would “honor it this time” while repeatedly telling me it was something I should know “for future reference.” I booked the room through Google and genuinely had no idea what she was referring to. Rather than explaining it professionally, the conversation felt unnecessarily condescending and scolding. My friends were standing nearby during the interaction, and when we walked away, they were just as surprised by the tone and attitude as I was.

I was grateful to receive early check-in, but the delivery and overall customer service were disappointing. First impressions matter, and this interaction immediately put a damper on the start of the stay.

Beyond that, the room was average and comfortable enough. The remainder of the staff I encountered were pleasant and professional. My only other disappointment was that some amenities were unavailable, including cafe/bakery which was disappointing.

Overall, the hotel itself was okay, but the front desk experience significantly impacted my impression of the property.

This place was amazing clean and everyone was polite. 100% will book with Hotel Zoso.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect! The staff were very helpful if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean, nice ambiance. Nice staff

I always have a great experience staying here. Having shops and restaurants within walking distance, being at the center of town as well as being close to bars and nightlife. The hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated all the upgrades that have been made since my last stay. Having a mini mart inside the hotel is game changing, for those last minute items you may have forgotten. The addition of the coffee shop is a nice touch, making waking up in the morning so much easier. Overall I would recommend staying here to anyone who asked.

Atmosphere was very chill , room was beautiful and spacious. Enjoyed the pool time with mostly adults and bartender Omar was super nice 😊
The only complaint was that the nightclub on a Saturday night was closed. I would have enjoyed staying in and relaxing. Hopefully when I return it will be open. I would love to come back

We have been coming here for quite awhile. Havent been here for a bit. Had a great time. Relaxing. Pool area with the cabanas is such a welcome treat. Room was clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon.

It’s always a great time at Zoso!!!! I have been staying there for years ! Location is perfect, rooms are large.

We arrived early and the front desk was able to get us in our room Sooner than the check in time. The Valet, Armando was so friendly and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean as well as the room. We will definitely stay here again. My wife and I were very pleased.

From the moment we pulled into valet we were greeted and provided great customer service. The room was clean and fresh.

Hotel Zoso is a perfect place to stay for the value and location and they are extremely helpful and staff was really nice and professional. I’ve stayed several times as it is close to shops, food and downtown. Usually stay starting on a Thursday as they have their downtown market, Love all the surrounding shops and bars. On the weekends the drag show is so much fun. If I would say any negative would be music at the pool area and the bar to be open sooner and a restaurant in the hotel.
