Excelente trato del personal y muy buena limpieza de las instalaciones.

Very clean, friendly staff, close to the station.

We enjoyed our stay in hotel club. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was in a good location. Close to railroad but not loud. The breakfast had a good selection of options.

Die Lage war ok. Luigi, der Chef, freundlich. Ansonsten war alles auf tiefstem Niveau.

Sant'Agnello is a very good place to stay at. You are very close to Sorrento while avoiding all the tourists. The walk to Sorrento is about 20min and is quite beautiful. But you also have an easy access to trains and buses that can take you anywhere.
The breakfast offers continental (warm and savoury) options along with the traditional sweet Italian breakfast. There is a bar as well as a restaurant (but we didn't try them).

I recently stayed at Hotel Club Sorrento for three nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere that made the stay even more enjoyable.

What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay and were always ready to help with anything we needed.

Overall, I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Hotel Club Sorrento to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Nagyon közel van a vasútállomáshoz. A személyzet nagyon kedves , barátságos , segítőkész . Bármilyen problémánk volt ők azonnal segítettek , utána néztek . A szobák tiszták , rendezettek .

Property was good location staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Lovely family run hotel

Location is a good 20 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento, but beware of the Italian driver. Pavements are very narrow in places. Easier access to the centre is by taking the train from Sant’Agnello station. Next stop and you are there. If you are heading in the direction of Napoli get to Sorrento station early or be ready to stand for the journey, particularly as far as Pompei.
Hotel is quiet except before mealtimes. It has a pleasant relaxed air otherwise.
The rooms are on the smallish side, but fine for a week’s stay. Perhaps a bit of updating is due in the shower compartment as I found it a bit small (I’m 1.83 metres).
The hotel was very good value, particularly as we went half-board.
Cleanliness could not be faulted, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were cleaned every day with sheets etc. being replaced at times.
The train service goes by very close to the hotel half hourly in both directions, but stops at 10.30 pm and is not really an inconvenience.
All of the staff were excellent, as a family run hotel everybody seemed to muck in and help. Particular mention should be made of the waiters, who deserve to be enjoying holidays rather than providing them.

The hotel is very clean and very well-run. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of prosecco which was delicious after a long day. The food at breakfast and in the evening was absolutely delicious and lots of choice. The service was excellent especially the two Francos, who were so nice and kind and we had a great laugh with them. A really great hotel in a great location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A very well run family hotel, very friendly staff, good food and a good location for transport, the train station being a 5 minute walk away. Can recommend.
