Everything was great! From location, staff, amenities, to cleanliness. Everyone is very attentive and responsive. The breakfast has a lot of options, both local and intercontinental. They also organize daily activities. Taj Mahal is only few minutes drive away! They can organize a tour guide if requested! I would definitely return!

We stayed here for one night....Dinner was awesome and first time we felt luxurious......Mr Amit, priyank and ramesh were very helpful and are an assets to the hotel........They were very generous, kept asking for any help needed......Breakfast is awesome.....Ambience is awesome......I would give 10 out of 10 to the staff here........We enjoyed a lot at this property.

Location is good i love gesture of staff ...... Room is also good and the rooftop restaurant skydeck's view is awesome and mr mukesh is very good person and his knowledge about menu i loved

The Tajview, in its many former names and iterations, has been a staple of Taj’s portfolio in Agra. The location of the hotel gives it one of the best views in the city, second only to the legendary Amarvilas.

After Taj renovated the property a few years ago, the lobby and other common areas appeared to have received a significant upgrade in terms of visual appeal. On this visit, it felt like the hotel was, just slightly, starting to show signs of aging again. It was still very nice to walk in through the main doors and into the lobby. There were some familiar faces at the bell desk, whom I have been seeing for almost two decades, and whose warmth and hospitality have remained unchanged in all this time.

I was travelling with my family and we had booked Taj view suites, and had specifically requested them to be on the 5th floor. The hotel was nice enough to oblige and my Junior Suite boasted a picturesque view of the Taj Mahal. My room was very well designed and felt very welcoming. My parents booked the Seleqtion Suite which had a separate living room with a dining table and a powder room. The Seleqtion Suite bathroom also had a bathtub. One thing to note, however, is that none of televisions in the rooms are connected to the internet. Accordingly, they do not provide guests the option to stream any content.

I experienced the Jiva Spa and received a wonderful treatment from the therapist, whose name I am unable to recall at this moment. The spa tents are a short walk from the main building. A heavy storm brewed that evening while I was at the spa and I was caught in the rain after my treatment. The hotel sent an individual with an umbrella to escort me back to the main building. While my room was a safe cocoon for me shielding me from the storm, the same could not be said about my parent’s suite. Rainwater had seeped in through the cracks around the windows and had soaked part of the carpet in the room. The hotel was prompt in sending staff to dry the carpet to prevent any dampness from persisting. Such a thing should not occur, least of all in one of their most premium rooms categories.

We had dinner in our room and the food was exemplary. The breakfast next morning was also very nice. It was also wonderful to run into the gentleman acting as the host/restaurant manager at all day dining restaurant. He has also remained a constant over these years and his warm hospitality made our breakfast experience truly memorable.

Overall, our stay was comfortable and this hotel serves as an excellent value proposition in the city. When compared to its sister property, this Taj hotel feels more like a boutique hotel with more personalised service. I would recommend this property for the warm service, good food, and great view of the Taj Mahal.

We had an awesome experience here . We were treated v well by staff specially Ramesh ji, priyank, amit, Sakshi, Madan ji. Rooms, food everything was superb. Looking forward to visit again

First of all, location is good but there are construction activities going on right in front. You have to come across motorists in opposite direction. Second, ambience once inside which is pleasant. Rooms are okayish. Could have been better and more spacious. Cleanliness and service is top notch. Taj is visible only from top floor. Value for money overall.

It has been a lovely stay, the property, the ambience, the staff specially Ramesh ji, Amit ji, Priyank, Sakshi and F&B manager Madam ji, they were super helpful and they are kindest people I have met all Taj properties. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

really appriciating ....... staff behaviour and specially in restaurant mr amit have good service knowlage and whn i met in rooftop mr mukesh have also very good service and his behaviour very calmly.. and also food and service is very good

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all basic amenities provided. The food was really good with a nice variety and fresh taste in every meal. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even better. Overall, everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

It was such a delight to visit Taj View, Agra with our pet and witness amazing hospitality by the staff. The staff at the dining area deserve a special mention especially chef Sakshi and the other amazing members Ramesh, Amit and Gilma who ensured we were well taken care of. Looking forward to coming back again

We had an amazing time during our stay. The property offers a great balance of relaxation and fun, with clean facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The heated pool was a highlight, and the food exceeded our expectations. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would definitely love to return in the future.

We had a good experience, some things could be improved over all in terms of services and management at the hotel. However, at breakfast the team was very kind and that was one of our highlights, Sakshi, Ramesh, Priyan and Amit and especially Raju made sure that we were comfortable at every breakfast.

Another nice thing about the property is that it is pet friendly and it’s a beautiful addition to the trip!

The overall stay was awsone the Sakshi's team including pranjal and all make sure we enjoy the food and try everything that they have. Overall stay was amazing and loved to visit it again
