Hotel was in a good location but they need to work on explaining the rules to customers. A little note on the bathroom

Convince to ocean and town.

Cons:

Was in an ada handicap room with jacuzzi, the only chair in the room was a desk chair with wheels. Very dangerous. Was not made aware that you have to ask for towels and clean up in room. When we called to ask why our room was not cleaned, we were told you have to order it. So if you get free coffee , you have to call and ask and then go to the lobby to get it. We had an issue with the toilet getting plugged and when we called to tell them we were told to come get the plunger.

Cons:

Painting both entrances at the same time making me wait to get to my room, two people in the office not noticing I needed in , painter did and got me in, Dresser drawers opening on their own. need to put check in parking location sign lower to be easier to e screen.

Great!
Pros:

Room was clean, spacious with an outstanding view of the ocean. Staff was friendly, attentive and knew they're business. This is not a high end motel but the staff tries to make it that way. Would come back again.

Cons:

The building is a little dated (from the ocean winds and moisture most likely) but for me that is a minor negative since the accommodations were excellent otherwise.

Great location! Beautiful views.
Pros:

The hotel is right across from the bay. You will probably see gray whales in the bay from the upper floors! The room also had a fireplace that would be great on the cooler coastal nights.
