Pros:

Cold drinkable water from the sink. Small desk is adequate in size. Sufficient electrical plugs.
During the heat spell, staff provided a small floor fan which made the warm/hot room bearable.
Neighborhood is quiet. Fifteen minutes walk from central train station.

Cons:

Room 521 (top floor) is very small and narrow. A bunk bed with thin narrow mattresses left me feeling I might fall out.
The bathroom is tiny, with a circular curtain sharing the sink space. The fixed shower nozzle is a 5x5 grid and produced a limited water flow.
Roll down window shade inadequate in blocking morning sunrise (at 5am.) Windows have blocks limiting opening to 2-3cm.
City water announced a maintenance shutoff one morning starting at 7:30am.

Не заслуживает своего звания отеля. Это какой-то хостел по цене отеля.
Pros:

Расположение рядом с крупной станцией. Наличие балкона (минус-балкон сообщается с соседним номером!!!)

Cons:

Спасибо за чайник в номере, но одноразовые бумажные стаканчики для отеля с позицией заботы об экологии - это странно. Душ льется с потолка кое-как, не повернуть, ни отрегулировать, ещё и почти над самым унитазом. Душевая маленькая и неуютная.

Всё в номере уставшее, жалюзи грязные, драные, двери с трещинами, освещение разное и неприятное.
Вариант чисто прийти поспать, но за такие деньги можно найти что-то лучше.

Zentrale Lage; Frühstück ok (aber nichts besonderes)
Netto Supermarkt und nettes Café/ Pizzeria einen Katzensprung entfernt

Dieses Hotel bietet wie der Name schon sagt kleine, kompakte Zimmer.
Ich habe schon in vielen solcher Hotels in Norwegen übernachtet und war stets zufrieden. Das Problem hier war, dass einige Details nicht stimmig sind: Z B. Hatte das Zimmer 2 Betten, aber nur 3 Haken für Handtücher im Bad - wobei man das Duschhandtuch nur am äußersten Haken hängen konnte - ohne dass es sich ansonsten dauernd um den Griff der WC Bürste wickelte...
Auch die Kleiderstange im Zimmer war sehr schmal und es gab nur weiter 2 Haken für Jacken im gesamten Zimmer und kaum Ablage, außer einem schmalen Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl.
Kein Problem dass ein Zimmer klein ist - aber dann müssen die Lösungen stimmen!
Im Bad schien es keine aktive Lüftung zu geben - im Sommer konnte man zum Glück gut über die Tür zum sehr sehr schmalen Balkon lüften, bei starkem Wind drückt auch auch Regen durch die offene Tür.
Außerdem gab es nur Rollos an den Fenstern - es war damit keine richtige Abdunklung möglich.
