Pros:

Unzumutbar
Pros:

Frühstücken war okay

Cons:

Das Zimmer war völlig verdreckt, Teppichboden unzumutbar
Im Keller untergebracht, mit Baustelle am Gang. Zimmer, sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Auf gar keinen Fall zu Empfehlen.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

Cons:

Pros:

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with our stay at your hotel.

My daughter, my friend, and I booked a room expecting to relax and have a comfortable night. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst nights we have ever experienced in a hotel.

The room was full of mosquitoes or other insects that kept biting us throughout the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and the carpet was also burnt and in poor condition.

We paid for a hotel room expecting basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and quality. What we experienced was completely unacceptable and far below our expectations.

Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for our stay. I do not believe it is fair to pay for a room where we could not even rest properly due to these conditions.

I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Kind regards

Guter Startpunkt zum Amsterdam erkunden
Pros:
