Personeel aan het onthaal is zeer onvriendelijk. Ook onze kamers waren heel erg ver van elkaar. Een van onze twee kamers was op de vierde verdieping maar de lift was tot de 3de verdieping ging. We waren met de kinderen en kinderwagen mee. Dit was niet makkelijk voor ons geweest..
