Galway leidet oft unter Staus, man kommt aber von dem Hotel mit 20 min Fußweg wunderbar ins Stadtzentrum (ins Besondere zur Rush hour ist man somit schneller als der Bus oder mit dem Auto). Das Hotel wirkt neu und die Ausstattung ist schön. Das Parkhaus unter dem Hotel ist kostenlos. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fand ich gut für Galway. Höchstwahrscheinlich werde ich dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch auch buchen.

Cons:

Pulizia della camera, riordinato solo il letto e cambio biancheria da bagno, tazze da the mai lavate in 3 giorni, bagno pulito solo il pavimento. Da migliorare.

Zimmergröße war für 2 erw und 1 kind sehr gut. Ein Kinderbett wurde bereits zusätzlich aufgestellt, Getränke von der Bar durften mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden, kostenloser Parkplatz im eigenen Parkhaus, Frühstück war reichlich und gut

Ein bei Buchung angezeigte Schwimmbad im hotel gab es nicht, ein Spielzimmer für Kinder gab es nicht, die Bilder des hotels waren falsch und haben uns zur Buchung verleitet und vor Ort dann enttäuscht

Propre et effficace proche du centre
Pros:

L’hôtel est confortable et bien situé (20mn à pied du centre, 5 en voiture), le petit déjeuner est varié et complet. Le personnel est aimable, la chambre était bien agencée et propre. Le parking est appréciable.

Cons:

Le rideau de douche était sale en bas, et aurait pu être changé (par une paroi, par exemple ?)

Great hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice size room with big bathroom, free and secure car park. It was all so easy and relaxed.

Cons:

Only one thing, at breakfast not all items were labelled up, for example you had to guess whether something was a sauce or jam. No baked beans either morning with cooked breakfast.

I liked the fact that there was parking, the location of the hotel was perfect as there was an adjacent shop which meant not having to move your car every time you needed something. Also, the hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately, my granddaughter took very sick during our stay and ended up being hospitalised for five days. Without the help of Angelina, Kayleigh and Jamie whose help and local knowledge got her quickly assessed and sent to Hospital very quickly I don’t know what we would’ve done? Even afterwards they went above and beyond to make sure that anything we needed was there and constantly enquiring about her progress. A very special thank you to the three of you again. I hope you realise how much your help meant. We will definitely be back there.

I honestly can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like about the property.
