Two Maldron this trip and only wish for the rest of our 2 wks to be as nice!
Pros:

This is our second Maldron booked while in Scotland. Much like the first,everyone was accommodating, the facilities clean , and the most comfortable beds we were sad that we couldn't book a Maldron while going on to the UK.

Cons:

It felt like one staff member was a bit grouchy one morning. Everyone else was great!

The Maldron is a nice spot to stay with comfortable , large beds and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was great! The laundry service and free parking was excellent. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The restaurant food was just ok. The taco shell looked store bought and the vinagrette was bland.

Pros:

Nice location. Great bathroom size. Comfortable bed. Staff very nice. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Mirror in bathroom very high up , had to stand on tippy toes to look in same. I am 5 foot 3 inches. Had to ask staff for glasses to drink juice each morning also ran out of yogurt on day 2. Short of knives and forks on tables. Appeared short of staff at breakfast as one or 2 girls were very busy all the time.

Perfect base for visiting galway
Pros:

Staff,first and foremost were so pleasant and helpful.Food was great and excellent value for money.Rooms were clean, comfortable and not too warm 🥵. The bus is only 5 mins from hotel and leaves you in eyre square in about 7 mins. We will return.

Cons:

A pool would be a great addition

If we ever visit again we would stay with you but traffic is horrendous.
Pros:

Very quiet. Very clean. Reasonable rates. Very comfortable room.

Cons:

Lighting in bedroom was poor. Bedside lamp very poor for reading in bed. I hate self service breakfast. Plates were cold and some food was a bit cold to begin with.
Staff were helpful but not overly friendly or welcoming but I appreciate they were very busy.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Clean comfortable room and reasonable price for the location

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but scrambled eggs only ready made egg option were poor and too few staff for ordering other egg options to be a realistic option
