Very bad experience at Kastens Hotel Luisenhof
Cons:

Deluxe room without shower but a bath !
Personal at the reception not customer oriented, extremely slow (check in 20 minutes) and behaving with arrogance.
Personal at the bar extremely slow.
Personal at the breakfast extremely slow. (20 minutes to get two sunny side eggs)

Time for a call for action for the personal of this beautiful hotel to be more customer oriented and more effective.

Pros:

Personal war sehr nett und die ruhige Art der Mitarbeiter war wirklich toll. Auch der Barkeeper in der Hotelbar ist lobend hervorzuheben. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Buffet war sehr umfangreich. Das Frühstück lohnt sich wirklich. Die Lage ist optimal für eine Anreise mit dem Zug.

Cons:

TV hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Nach ein paar Minuten war das Bild sehr verpixelt und das Signal war dann überhaupt nicht mehr da. Da wir sowieso nicht fernsehen wollten, war das für uns unwichtig (wir waren nur eine Nacht da).
Eine Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück hatte leider ein sehr starkes Parfüm, was beim frühstücken störend ist. Sie lief zum Glück nicht allzu oft an unserem Tisch vorbei. Trotzdem ist das gesamte Personal sehr umsichtig und professionell.

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend und bietet grundsätzlich einen guten Komfort.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück bietet eine grosse Vielfalt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht richtig, daher war es im Zimmer zu warm.

Ich finde das auschecken um 11 Uhr etwas früh, bei den meisten Hotels die ich besucht habe war 12 Uhr Standard.

Pros:

Ich war zum ersten Mal dort. Ein wirklich hochwertiges Hotel in super zentraler Lage. Den wirklichen Unterschied machen die Mitarbeiter in guten Hotels. Hier fühlte man sich sofort willkommen und kompetent betreut. Habe mich auch über ein Zimmerupgrade sehr gefreut. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
