Room rates on 24 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.
The pet accommodations area is located outside the main hotel building. Pets cannot access the hotel, or the pool and outdoor garden areas. They cannot stay in the rooms.

El personal es fantástico, son muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Las sendas desde la masía son espectaculares. Todo irradia tranquilidad en este lugar.
Debido a las necesidades bioclimáticas de la habitación, por el día puede resultar oscura. El desayuno es mejorable.

The hotel has a beautiful concept and location, and the food was genuinely tasty.
The staff were also kind, warm and pleasant. We did not experience any arrogance or rude behaviour from them. My impression is that the issue is not the attitude of the staff, but rather organisation and efficiency — perhaps the team is not sufficiently coordinated, or there are simply not enough staff members. As a guest, I cannot know the exact reason.
Unfortunately, the overall level of service was significantly below the expectations created by the hotel’s presentation, category and price.
Before arrival, we received a message confirming that early check-in had been approved, but when we arrived, the room was still not ready.
We had requested a cot in advance for our two-year-old child. We received no response to that request, and the cot was not prepared when we arrived.
Restaurant service was extremely slow. A drink ordered before dinner arrived approximately half an hour late. Another drink ordered at 7:30 p.m. resulted in us only being informed at 8:15 p.m. that it was unavailable. We waited around 45 minutes simply for water, and the main course took more than an hour to arrive.
The air conditioning in the room was inadequate and was unable to properly cool even a relatively small room.
We also found it very unusual that housekeeping came to our room after 9:30 p.m., particularly as we had hardly spent any time in the room that day.
Another serious concern was that there was no lifeguard present at the swimming pool while we were using it. We found this highly unusual and, more importantly, potentially unsafe, especially in a hotel welcoming families with young children.
Our children had been particularly excited about the horses and other animals featured as part of the hotel experience, but during our stay we did not see the horses or any of the animals they had been looking forward to.
I am writing this as an honest review, not because I am a demanding guest. I gave the previous two hotels we stayed at the highest possible ratings. Unfortunately, here the accumulation of many smaller and larger issues left us with the impression that the hotel currently delivers considerably less than its presentation promises.
Me gustaría dar un mejor review pero no puedo hacerlo ya que uno de los motivos por los cuales he reservado este hotel es por los caballos. Soy jugadora de polo y como amante de los caballos quería reservar un riding. El servicio no estaba disponible y no lo mencionaron en booking. Lo consulté por WhatsApp antes de mi llegada, si estaban los caballos disponibles al menos para verlos y me dijeron que si. Aunque al llegar la recepcionista no solo no sabía en dónde estaban los caballos, sino que me dijo que no sabía ni dónde se encontraba el establo, no supo ni marcarlo en su propio mapa, tampoco me ofreció otra opción, como podría haber sido reservar un paseo o riding en otro establecimiento. Fue decepcionante.

Un personnel aux petits soins, attentionné sans être guindé / un confort irréprochable de la chambre et de l'hôtel / un lieu paisible où tout est "luxe, calme et volupté"..

L'atenció del personal és excel·lent, les noies de recepció súper simpàtiques, atentes i resolutives. El restaurant top, em va sorprendre moltíssim. I l'entorn és increïble. Moltes felicitats.

Prachtige ligging ver weg van de bewoonde wereld
Posizione incantevole nella natura incontaminata, pace assoluta. Hotel curato ed arredato con gusto, ristorante ottimo con cibi del territorio, staff gentilissimo.
Nonostante la assoluta disponibilità dello staff, il servizio non è all’altezza di un cinque stelle. Il personale e’ nella maggior parte dei casi molto giovane ed inesperto e questo ha un impatto sulla gestione.
L’hôtel est dans la campagne très isolé avec une belle piscine et donc reposant . Restaurant avec une très belle vue et un service très professionnel.
