Décevant pour un 4*
Pros:

L'hôtel perché sur sa colline et domine la ville c'est très impressionnant. Petit déjeuné avec beaucoup de choix, le point positif du séjour.

Cons:

Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver une place de parking à 20h, d'ailleurs il y avait déjà des voitures garées partout sur les zones interdites, dans les allées, faute de place.. la chambre que nous avons eu n'était pas rénovée, très ancienne et vue sur le parking. Rien dans les chambres (pas d'eau, thé, café). Pas de vestiaires pour se changer au niveau des piscines. Pas de serviette de piscine. On ne s'attend pas à ça pour un 4* mais comme on n'a payé que "90€"... il ne faudrait pas que le prix de la nuit soit plus chère...

Lage und schöne Anlage. Wer allerdings Ruhe am Abend sucht es hier falsch aufgehoben.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet und die Aussicht vom Berg wirklich toll. Die Kids hatten im Pool viel Spaß und es gab immer genug freie Liegen und Handtücher. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Speisen an, auch das Abendbuffet war abwechslungsreich, wenn auch die Qualität der Speisen schwankte.

Cons:

Es war definitiv die lauteste Unterkunft in der wir je waren. Bis 22.30 Uhr lief jeden Abend die Beschallung durch das Show Programm , am Wochenende finden Hochzeiten auf der Anlage ,
statt. An einem Abend gab es eine Poolparty, bis 23:15 Uhr wummerte die Technomusik so laut, dass an schlafen nicht zu denken war.
Im Restaurant und auf der Terrasse gab es ausschließlich Tische für 2-4 Personen. Wir waren zu fünft und mussten daher in einen Extra Raum sitzen . Ich verstehe nicht, warum man auf der Terrasse nicht auch ein paar Tische für größere Personengruppen zusammenstellen kann.
Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es gibt dort eine Küchenzeile. In dieser kann man allerdings nur den Kühlschrank nutzen, da es weder einen Wasserkocher noch Besteck, Teller , Töpfe etc. gibt. Als wir nach einem Wasserkocher gefragt haben, wurde uns ein Kochtopf ausgehändigt, so konnten wir wenigstens ab und zu Wasser erhitzen für Tee.
Die Möbel im Hotelzimmer sind schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal erneuert werden

Bonitas vistas
Pros:

Son muy bonitas las vistas. Las habitaciones son grandes, terrazas enormes. Camas grandes y cómodas. Personal amable. Las cenas iban cambiando cada dia. A mis hijos les gustó los espectáculos de cada noche. Piscinas bonitas.

Cons:

El desayuno siempre el mismo cada día. Y poca variedad para ser un 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones antiguas, necesitan una reformita. Para ser un 4 estrellas no había amenitis en los baños. El sofa cama te deja la espalda echa polvo.
