Hôtel parfait, les chambres sont très propre et confortable, les femmes de ménage sont au top, le personnel et très agréable et à l’écoute, la nourriture et les boissons sont de très bonnes qualités, je recommande le premium, le service est excellent

Seul bémol, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées, il peut être difficile d’entrer dans l’eau lorsque le soleil manque à l’appel

Cons:

Muchísimos clientes. Pero es normal, es un negocio. Coincido un evento deportivo de niños y una boda. Colapsado además de muy ruidoso.

L'extrême gentillesse du personnel, les logements spacieux, les équipements, le petit déjeuner naturel, copieux et varié, les 2 zones de piscines, le parking inclus...

Sans oublier la superbe vue sur la montagne dont el Teide !

Cons:

Pas de fourchettes, cuillères, ni assiettes dans le coin cuisinette.

Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour se rendre à l'hôtel situé sur une colline et la montée est un peu physique (en même temps c'est normal pour avoir la meilleure vue)

We love the views. Just beautiful. And the Adults only pool. The breakfast is abundant and a lot of variety. Very good.
The rooms are basic, but clean and have everything one needs for a holiday. I love the jetted bathtub. Great staff. The entertainment is not really our style, but it’s available for those that like it. We love the chill pool bar to enjoy a drink and relax.. Wish it were open later as an alternative to the show. The Italian bistro is very nice for a dinner.

Cons:

I dont like that we have to get our own tea and coffee during the breakfast. It would be a much better experience if the wait staff served the clients juice, tea and coffee, like in other hotels. The dinner buffet is usually very good. But this time it was bland and lacked flavor. The sauces, too, were watery and tasteless. We had to salt and spice our food to make it palatable. Management should be aware. We would live if the Italian bistro opened a little earlier for dinner. Most of the guests were German and other nationalities. We are used to eating dinner much earlier. My husband and I were not able to wait this time until they opened at 7:30. 6:30, is a more reasonable time in my opinion. My husband owned a successful restaurant in the South for 10 years and had to always take I to account the habits of the various nationalities. The lunches from the Bistro also used to be much better. I wish they woukd offer healthier choices, like they did before, with more attention and care to the food.
