Location across from the station. Excellent value for a 4* hotel , admittedly not the business season. For a chain hotel very likeable. Breakfast excellent.

Das Hotel besticht durch die perfekte Lage und Verkehrsanbindung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war üppig und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Ein reichhaltiges Buffet zum Frühstück im kreativen Ambiente. Dazu freundliches und fröhliches Personal zu jeder Uhrzeit. Mit wenigen Schritten im Stadtzentrum und direkter Bus- und Bahnanbindung. Saubere Zimmer und trotz der zentralen Lage nicht laut. Ideal für eine Städtereise.

Das Hotel liegt sehr central

Cons:

Wir buchen Niemeyer ohne Reinigung . Mussten WC Papier und Papiertücher verlangen. Da das Waschbecken aus Chromstahl ist, sah dieses ohne Reinigung sehr unapetitlich ecklig aus

Lage und Freundlichkeit vom Personal

Cons:

Bei Systemausfall am Check in nur anfangs 1 Person, dann Kollege aus dem freien Tag. Dann niemand vom Hotel der vorher gecheckt hat ob Zimmer schon vergeben. Am 2 x in schon besetztes Zimmer. Dann bekamen wir das noch ungeputzte Zimmer. Reinigungsfrau war aber gleich tätig. Haben deshalb unsere Drinks an der Bar gratis getrunken.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Location - but there’s a lot of construction going on during the week.
The bar is excellent and cosy.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room was not separate - only the toilet!
There’s no full length mirror in the room!
The breakfast juice and coffee were hit and miss, and the actual area was very small so in the peak periods, very hard to find a table.
The signs in the spa area are minimal and none at all on how to turn on the sauna or book a massage, all of this has to be done through reception. The jacuzzi water was not warm enough!

Tolles Hotel gleich gegenüber dem Bahnhof

Super Lage gleich gegenüber des Bahnhofes. Grosses Zimmer mit separatem WC.
Das FrückstücKsbuffet - zwar leider im Kellergeschoss - war erste Qualität. Einerseits die Auswahl gross, die Qualität gut, aber es wurde sehr gut betreut.
Das Personal am Empfang und im Speziellen am Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ein einziger Wehrmutstropfen war die Klimatisierung: da sehr hohe Temperaturen herrschten, nutzten wir die Klimaanlage. Der Windzug blies fast orkanartig durchs Zimmer - na ja, villeicht nicht so stark.
Wir liessen sie nur an, wenn wir nicht im Zimmer waren.
