Staff pleasant
Stairs very steep and last step to room very high health and safety issue there fell down it should put another step in very concerning doors to room extremely heavy
Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Plenty of tea/ coffee etc..Nice views from room.

The shower didn’t work properly. Unable to adjust thermostat so water was too hot. The bathroom smelt of dirty drains and the room was not very clean. Under the bed was full of dust and debris
This place is beautiful. I stayed in room 3 and had the most stunning view of the river.
I have family here so stayed in many places in Bewdley but this place is by far my favourite. Highly recommended.
There is nothing not to like!
The location was superb.
Overall, despite a few moans the stay was enjoyable.
Cannot rate the food as the kitchen shuts at 4pm during the early half of the week.
Whilst the room overlooked the river it was a bit on the cramped side.
The were no welcome packs to offer help & assistance. In fact we had to ask for milk for our second morning as these were not replenished.

Poor - was pretty grim.
No view, loose toilet seat, smelly bathroom, mismatch furniture and not even a chair to stir on. Loose flooring.
We suppose they were going for a shabby chic look….

No car park. Had to park in a public car park down the road costing £7 per day and cash only 🤷♀️
No breakfast until 9.30am
No one around from mid afternoon Sunday so couldn’t get milk for drinks.
Restaurant chairs etc grubby.
Fish sold out by 7pm Saturday and by the time the next table ordered they were out of chicken for burgers too 😱

To noisy, creaky floors, doors have to slam to be shut properly so when other guests are coming back it’s really noisy, no hot water Sunday evening.
The hosts were lovely. The food is gorgeous!!!

Had a fab time at the Courtyard our room was on the front with great river views, staff were fantastic, hotel/room was very clean, friendly atmosphere, amazing steak, would definitely return..thanks guys..xx
Our room was lovely everything you needed
We were woken up in early hours people shouting and arguing right outside our door they were very loud it went on for a while it was very frightening they must of been in room 4 or 5. We have stayed before and it was lovely
