Modern hotel with excellent facilities. Go if you like a gym and spa.
Pros:

Large and clean modern rooms. Lovely pool outside. Excellent gym and spa (worth the extra payment). Walk along the beach into the town.

Cons:

The check in experience could have been better as rules around the gym use and getting a voucher etc wasn’t explained.

One of the best breakfasts
Pros:

Booked for three nights. Love the hotel. A short walk to the beachfront and further on into town. Always a dilemma to decide between hotel facilities and location. I think we made the right choice. My suggestion is that if you don't want to walk far then taxi everywhere. My experience is that Ubers can be in short supply but they can be pre booked. I also used the local taxi app.

We liked the room and the large bathroom and shower. We enjoyed the pool on two consecutive days. The breakfast is amongst the best we have experienced anywhere. We ate lunch in the bar. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would return if in the area again.

Particular shout out to Julia who helped me with arrangements and gave advice regarding onward travel etc.

Pros:

El hotel parece bastante nuevo y el tamaño de la habitación está bien, con camas muy cómodas. El personal muy agradable.

Cons:

Para bajar a la playa no hay mucha distancia pero la vuelta es todo en cuesta. Las puertas de las habitaciones suenan muy fuertes al cerrarse, por lo que hay ruido.

Ok but wouldn’t rush back
Pros:

Helpful staff. Omelette bar at breakfast was good.

Cons:

Bathroom door got stuck, and bathroom sink was blocked. I did ask them to fix both and I think they tried, but it didn’t help much. Breakfast was ok.

Great location for San Sebastián and La Concha
Pros:

The hotel is a 15 minute walk down hill to the beach and a further 20 minutes to the old town.
Parking is plentiful, it is possible to park more cheaply in the street but the underground parking was our choice.
There are bus stops outside the hotel that can take you to the beach, funicular and the old town, number 16 runs every 20 minutes.
The hotel is more of a corporate premises than a holiday destination, it does have a great pool though.
Dining options are good, breakfast was the most enjoyable due to vast selection.
All the staff were friendly.

Excellent Family vacations
Pros:

Nice, modern, clean hotel, kind staff. Ely our server in the restaurant did a great job during our stay. Great location, you can walk to the beach in minutes or take the bus to downtown. Parking garage was great.

Pros:

Location was quite nice, although a fair walk to the old town

Cons:

Price of parking, gym not free to use, felt more corporate rather than a holiday hotel. A shelf in the wardrobe also fell out and cut my ankle. The staff on the desk were good about checking I was okay and promised it would be fixed.
