Pesima Experiencia
Cons:

La atención en recepción fue pésima, un caos total por parte del personal del hotel. Había hecho una reserva para siete habitaciones, y sólo encontramos seis. Tampoco aparecían registradas las personas que ocuparían las habitaciones, ni el orden en que las había ingresado en la página de Booking. Al hacer la reserva en Booking, opté por la opción de pago por adelantado, lo que nunca sucedió, y debimos pagar al retirarnos del hotel. En ese momento, además, se me cobró algunos items en duplicado, debiendo el personal de Hotel, hacer las debidas correcciones.
Los baños, pésimos, duchas en mal estado y en condiciones de aseo deficientes.
El personal de recepción, muy deficiente, no sabían sumar ni ordenar las cosas. En resumen, mal y lo peor, es que he estado en otros hoteles de Mercure, encontrando siempre una excelente atención y hoteles de calidad, lo que no sucedió en este caso. He quedado muy decepcionado de la cadena Mercure, y obviamente a futuro seré muy cuidadoso en elegirla. Espero este caso sea la excepción, pero de todos modos deja muy mala imagen de la cadena Mercure y en definitiva de Accor Hoteles.

O café da manhã era bom, a única coisa que valeu a pena na acomodação!

Cons:

A experiência foi muito desagradável, como um hotel no sul do Brasil não tem calefação? Estava muito frio e tinha um aquecedorzinho que não dava conta do frio! O banheiro vasava água do box e tiveram dias que acabou a água quente, ao ponto de não sair água do registro quente.
Quanto cheguei no quarto estava sujo com um copo de água usado na pia!
O Melia está horrível, perdendo muito no meu conceito.

Hotel em obras, cuidado!
Pros:

Chuveiro, localização, internet, café da manha ótimos. O hotel tem fácil entrada e saída o que facilita no trânsito complicado da cidade. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, de qualidade, café de máquina e passado, frutas, pães, bolos, tudo ótimo, bastante variedade. Gostei da iluminação do banheiro, do secador, tudo estava limpo. Tem farmácia, mercadinho, próximos. Boas toalhas. O hotel tem piscina aquecida e coberta. E fizeram a gentileza de me deixar fazer o check-in uma hora antes. Funcionários bem solícitos.

Cons:

O hotel está em obras, o dia todo, até às 17h tem barulho, e isso não está escrito no anúncio! Foi um horror para mim que precisei trabalhar. Além disso, o anúncio diz que tem isolamento acústico, o que não é verdade. Ele existe apenas parcialmente em relação ao barulho externo da rua, mas entre os quartos, e o corredor, vocês escuta tudo. Muito ruim. E não tem sobrelençol. Só o lençol e o cobertor. E a garagem, que se paga à parte, é muito estreita para manobrar. Para a marca da rede, esperaria bem mais.
