Mauvaise expérience
Pros:

pas grand chose très déçu

Cons:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel dans un quartier, la chambre vieillotte, l’accueil le seul échange Check in à notre arrivée et le Check out à notre départ , le petit déjeuner basique rien de transcendant . La vue sur un immeuble en face. La salle de bain le pommeau de douche avec un jet inutile. A notre réveil le dernier jour des cafards morts dans la salle de bain, on sait d’où ils sont arrivés. Je déconseille l’hôtel. Pour l’emplacement de l’hôtel pas grand chose au alentours.

Es war günstig es war sauber ich habe alles gehabt was ich brauche. Mehr kann man nicht verlangen

Die Wände Sind wirklich sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück könnte auch mal abwechslungsvertragen.
Immer das selbe Frühstück zu bekommen, was auch nicht sehr umfangreich ist. Hat mir wirklich nicht gefallen. Man könnte mindestens auch mal ein Ei dazu packen.

Chambre propre et confortable, personnel agréable et accueillant. Le service de taxi était également très appréciable, avec un chauffeur très sympathique. Petit-déjeuner correct. Emplacements pratique. Tout s’est très bien passé, je recommande !

Air con was working ok. Cleaning was ok. The Chicken restaurant nearby is great.

Cons:

The shower head was not working correctly, but they changed it after informing them. The hot water wasn't hot everyday and once informing them, the maintenance man fixed the issue. During the breakfast meal, all non morrocan guests were not given omellette & fresh bread, so complained after to the reception and then the next time we were given it also. The area around the hotel is a dump with a lot of homeless people.

Not a bad place to stay if you want comfort
Pros:

Everything was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good too. You don’t hear the call to prayer in the morning. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Le meilleur hôtel que j'ai visité à Fès
Pros:

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Je tiens à remercier Khawla pour son excellent accueil ; elle a été très aimable et serviable. Les employés sont également très gentils, en particulier les femmes qui servent le petit-déjeuner le matin ; elles étaient aimables et souriantes tout le temps. À chaque fois que je visite Fès, je viens dans cet hôtel ; c'est devenu mon endroit préféré.

Cons:

Le garçon du matin n'a pas été du tout serviable, et chaque fois que je lui demandais mon chemin, il me disait d'aller le chercher sur Google.
