Il n’y avait même pas une petite bouteille d’eau dans ma chambre.
Malgré que j’ai pris une suite junior.
L’eau était payante à 5 francs suisses la petite bouteille.
Du grand n’importe quoi !
Le petit déjeuner est catastrophique.
Le réceptionniste m’a carrément dit d’aller me faire balader si cela ne me convenait pas.
Que c’est Moi que ça regarde si je ne reviens plus dans l’hôtel.

Hotel location is great, hotel is older with character but the reception staff were not friendly.
Pros:

I liked the size of my room and the fact that the large bathroom had a deep bathtub; after traveling for 10 days and showers, only, it felt very luxurious to soak in the tub. It is a small hotel, old, but with character (1-2 person elevator that reminds me of old movies), and the location is within walking distance of anything you could want.

Cons:

I did not find any of the reception staff to be very cordial. I don't know if this was because of a language barrier, but it should be addressed if the hotel is seeking non-French or Swiss speaking customers.
I worked in marketing and sales and am very sensitive to customer service. I'd want my staff to earn an "exceeded expectations" score, and to ensure this, have regular training and observation with them. Travelers have many choices about where they'll stay and are often tired/frustrated when they arrive at a hotel. A cordial welcome and a smile go a long way.

Great location, nice room
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room, nicely decorated

Cons:

Shower was a bit small and water pressure not great and it was very dark in the shower as the shower curtain was black and blocked the light

Cons:

Niet echt een tegenvaller, meer een opmerking voor volgende huurders. Er is een goede garage beschikbaar om de auto te stallen. Echter er zijn maar een paar plekken die je niet kunt reserveren vooraf. En de kosten zijn € 35 per nacht.
