Hôtel vieillot, peu d’équipements, bonne literie.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la qualité de la literie.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé des médicaments au sol qui avaient échappé au ménage, aucune prise électrique pour brancher un ordinateur, aucune à proximité de la table de nuit, peu de lumière et éclairage en partie inopérant dans la salle de bains. Lait en poudre vieux et durci. Pas du niveau d’un 4 étoiles.

Très sympas mais un peu cher pour le standing.
Pros:

Le style Tiffany dans un vieux Batiment historique avec personnel très sympas et professionnel

Cons:

Un peu vétuste et l aspect historique pas assez nis en valeur. Chambre sous les toits un peu exiguës.

Lovely comfortable hotel, well located
Pros:

We were very comfortable here. The room was really well air conditioned and the beds were very comfy. The staff were friendly and we appreciated the few travel pass. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and only 2 tram stops to the train station.

Cons:

The street sounds outside were quite loud late at night.

Great location, comfortable beds.

The bathroom facilities weren’t working properly and the hotel needs a thorough cleaning. It is clean but it was still dusty.

Gute Lage und öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Hotel

Cons:

Muffiges, enges, altmodisches Zimmer. Extrem warm in Lobby und Frühstücksraum (28 Grad). Beim Frühstück die billigsten Zutaten. Wurst usw. auf billigstem Dennerniveau. Keine Ahnung, wie das Hotel 4 Sterne haben kann. Weder in Lobby noch auf Zimmer gekühlte Getränke zum kaufen.

Not a place I could recommend.
Cons:

Bad smell in the room like paraffin. Owner denied there was a problem.
On ground floor so unable to have an open window over night. Someone just walked into our room from a ‘garden terrace’
Gardens completely unkempt and overgrown.
Hair in the jam pot.

Pros:

emplacement calme et proche du centre, dans un bel immeuble ancien genevois. La literie est bonne, et globalement l'hotel est propre.

Cons:

accueil et personnel en dessous de tout, service inexistant, vetusté de l'ensemble, l'hotel aurait sérieusement besoin d'une renovation, on vous met des appareil electirque dont les prises ne sont pas adaptées aux p r ises suisses !!, et tout a l 'avenant !

Comfortable, stylish hotel close to the Old town run by a courteous staff.
Pros:

I appreciated the friendly staff, the great location and the Tiffany-style decor. It was a very short walk from the lake, the Old Town and walkable from the main train station.

Cons:

Everything was fine.
