Ubicación perfecta, la atención de los camareros del bar increíbles, sobre todo Yasmina un diez, la habitación maravillosa

La señora del spa nos dio unas toallas que estaban rotas y sucias, por otra parte el servicio de limpieza "camareras de piso" de los tres días en ningún momento pasaron a sacar la basura ni a pasarle al baño, cosa que tuve que hacer yo, cojiendo la fregóna y bolsas de sus carritos de limpieza,eso fue pésimo para un hotel de esta categoría y salimos un poco decepcionados en ese aspecto

La cama…. Muy blanda para mi gusto, por no comentarlo en recepción no se me cambio, error mío, ya que al marcharme y comentarlo en recepción, me comunicaron que se podía haber cambiado sobre la marcha el colchón y poner uno más duro.
