Pros:

Estuvimos tres noches en este hotel y en general la experiencia fue genial. El personal muy amable y atento.
La habitación impecable, con todo lo necesario. Espectaculares vistas al mar desde la terraza de la habitación. Las piscinas bastante grandes. El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila y agradable. Tiene cerca la playa.
No tuvimos problema para aparcar, hay aparcamiento disponible para huéspedes. Definitivamente volveremos.

Cons:

En general nos gustó todo. El único detalle que destacaría son las almohadas y la cama, no nos parecieron muy cómodas.

Radisson on adore !
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique, la vue est imprenable. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentionné. En famille nous avons adoré la chambre. Les petits déjeuner buffet sont excellents. Les piscines très belles. Excellentes vacances.

Cons:

Le buffet dîner trop cher, 35€ par personne et pour les enfants 17€50 même si ils ne mangent que des pâtes !!. De plus le buffet ne vaut pas son prix. Pas de tv pendant 5 jours, il a fallut la faire changer ( en plein pendant la coupe du monde de football 🤣 et pas de chaine qui diffuse les matchs...dommage !!!) ; mais cela n'est que détail. Les plages à proximité sont pas belles et pas privées comme le dit l'hôtel.

The location and facilities were very good, the food was impeccable, we asked for breakfast. Varied.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a cockroach in our room, and not everyone follows the house rules, and one night there was a lot of noise and we had to speak up for the quiet.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones están bien, aunque a las piscinas en algunas zonas les falta un poquito de mantenimiento. La habitación estaba muy bien, amplia y con unas vistas maravillosas.

Cons:

Honestamente, el desayuno no se corresponde con un hotel cinco estrellas. Estuvo bastante por debajo de nuestras expectativas. Nosotros solemos ir una vez al año al sur de Gran Canaria y esta ha sido la primera vez que escogíamos Arguineguín y nos ha parecido que el hotel está algo lejos del núcleo de población más cercano. Las dos playas que están al lado del hotel están poco cuidadas y no son bonitas

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel de Gran Canaria. Probablement l'un des meilleurs de l'ile.
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel est excellente et les équipements sont de bonnes qualités.
La nourriture proposée est bien sélectionnée et très fraiches.
Room service également appréciable !

Cons:

Les deux plages se trouvant aux abords de l'hôtel, ne sont pas très jolies et parfois mal fréquentées.
