A hotel gyönyörű. Fantasztikus kerttel, növényzettel és tiszta medencékkel! A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Nagyon jó ötlet, hogy minden este a vacsoránál kellemes, elő zene szól.

Great place for a relaxing breakaway!
Pros:

Value for money and great location. Could really relax! Did the half board and food was superb. Staff were always helpful and super friendly - something that really stood out.

Cons:

Housekeeping can improve with a few hiccups during our stay, lack of attention to detail. Dirty wine glass in room on arrival, no free bottled water in room first day, missing coffee cup one day and the door between rooms, though closed, nit very sound proof hearing the neighbours.

Endroit magnifique, mais appartement vétuste et non entretenu

La vue, la proximité avec le bord de mer, les piscines et le restaurant, le parking extérieur. Le personnel est serviable et agréable.

Cons:

Nous avons été déçu de certains passage des femmes de chambre, qui ne faisaient pas les lits et ne remettait pas des capsules de café à disposition, ni de linges propres à la salle-de-bain, et plusieurs fois, la poubelle n'a pas été changée. Ce qui nous a totalement déçu, c'est la vétusté de l'équipement de l'appartement, et de l'appartement en lui-même. Les caches des prises tombaient (l'horreur avec un bébé toujours à quatre pattes !), le lave-vaisselle frottait en bas du meuble de la cuisine ce qui empêchait d'ouvrir/fermer la porte convenablement, le chariot du bas du lave-vaisselle était cassé et ne coulissait pas correctement, à chaque fois il fallait le déboiter pour mettre de la vaisselle au fond, le plastique des meubles de la cuisine se décollait, mon bébé de 10 mois s'est d'ailleurs fait une vilaine coupure au doigt, la lumière dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, on l'a signalé et personne n'est venu régler le problème, la brosse pour nettoyer les WC s'est cassée dans nos mains, le matelas du sofa pour notre fils de 4 ans, une vraie torture, c'était plus confortable de dormir par terre, aucun épluchoir à légume dans la cuisine (pour préparer les compotes de notre bébé), aucun ouvre-boîte pour ouvrir les conserves, aucun linge pour essuyer la vaisselle, le lave-linge puait la moisissure donc nos habits aussi. Pour plus de 4000.-, ça été une déception totale, nous sommes restés 14 jours dans cet appartement qui tombait en morceaux.

Prima maar geen 5 sterren.
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamers. Wij hadden de junior suit en dat was meer dan voldoende voor 2 volwassenen en een kind. Grote badkamer en mega grote balkon. Ook fijne locatie. Personeel was top, bekwaam en zeer gastvrij

Cons:

De reden waarom we hier niet meer zullen komen is het eten en de conditie van het zwembad. Eten vonden we verschrikkelijk. Erg weinig keuze dat is op zich niet erg want dan is kwaliteit meestal beter. Dat was hier absoluut niet het geval. Alles kwam uit de vriezer, alles was kant en klaar en droog. De zwembad valt letterlijk uit elkaar. Alle tegels en voegen liggen los. Tussen de voegen zwarte (schimmel?). Speeltuintje kan ook wel een upgrade gebruiken.

Pros:

Se respira mucha tranquilidad, el desayuno con variedad, personal muy amable, acceso al paseo y a la playa directo, bonitos amaneceres y atardeceres. Habitación bien equipada con minibar, productos para aseo en el baño.

Cons:

La cama es demasiado blanda, habría que dar un lavado de cara al hotel.
Lo único molesto que hizo que esa tranquilidad se rompiera es la música de los barcos con el volumen que retumba en todo el hotel, desde las 14:00-22:30 horas, era inaguantable aunque no es culpa del hotel en sí.
