Pros:

Very nice and welcoming staff.
Nice size room, free tea/coffee station and water complementary. Free parking and that is really good in that area. Available sunbeds at anytime of the day.
Nice breakfast.

Cons:

A bit noisy in rooms that are connected but used by different customers. The cleaning in the room connected to ours, had a kitchen area and it was cleaned around 9 and you can hear everything...I know the staff is doing their job, and very nice I must say, but it was a hard way to wake up 😞
The coffee can be better...
Beside that, I could definitely be back.

A excepción solo que coji una habitación bastante cara pero acorde a lo que ofrece y la television se iba por el wifi y no cambiaba canal y el aire acondicionado estaba roto,vino a arreglarlo y m dijo que tardaria un poquito el chico y evidente que no iba a perder un ratito ya que vine un dia solo por escapada del trabajo...si revisan todo primero,sera todo de 10

The hotel swimming pool was nice.

Cons:

The beach. It was not what we expected. Dirty beach with a lot of trash, cups from drinks and even glass. My son cut his leg quite strong.

Dissapointing location but the hotel is very nice compared to other hotels near by.
Pros:

The family rooms are quite spacious.

Cons:

There are 3 beacher near by. All in horrible state. Very dirty , too many people, not nice view. Dissapointing location.

good hotel , bad dirty beach
Pros:

I liked the spacious and clean room.

Cons:

I didnt like that we prepaid for dinners which were quite expensive but not too good selection of food. If I didnt pay it and ate outside I would have much more choices. Additionally they didnt even give us free water during dinner. I didnt like the beach near by the hotel. We stayed at swimming pool the whole time even though I came there because of the ocean. But the entry to the ocean on this beach was so dirty I never entered the beach.

Nice 1-week stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice pool area, good breakfast and comfortable room and a Spar grocery within Hotel

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far from any major town area that would have lots of shops and restaurants. There are only few shops and a few restaurants near the hotel along the beach—about a 10-15 minute walk

Volveremos! 😍
Pros:

La habitación estuvo espectacular, estuvimos en la 808 . Habitación super tranquila, muy buenas vistas , cerca del ascensor. Y lo que más nos gustó fue el jacuzzi y la cama es súper cómoda.. El personal del bar piscina - buffet fue super amable.

Cons:

En mi opinión la oferta y la calidad de la comida del buffet tanto en la cena como en el desayuno se podría mejorar bastante. Me pareció bastante pequeño y simple , me esperaba más . Me gustó más el bar piscina . Cuando llegamos encontramos la habitación un poco sucia pero en seguida mandaron a alguien para repasarla.
