Pros:

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Aus welchen Gründen auch immer, morgens war der Strom weg. Das Problem wurde nach meiner Mitteilung an der Rezeption, sehr zeitnah gelöst. Danke dafür.
Der Techniker kennt sich aus.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Napoli
Pros:

Posizione, si è praticamente a 10 min da Piazza del Plebiscito e altre attrazioni storiche. Pulizia impeccabile. servizi, abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio molto comodo (25 auro al giorno). personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Cons:

Noi avevamo una junior suite e il divano letto non era comodo (anzi era abbastanza affossato). Quindi migliorerei il materasso del divano letto.

Pros:

Posizione centrale, la sera ti permette di andare nel centro di Napoli a piedi. Colazione ottima

Cons:

Rapporto qualità prezzo buono quando ci sono stato, ho provato a prenotare nuovamente in un altro periodo ma i prezzi erano spropositati per quello che è l hotel

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren schön groß und mit Rolladen ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Schimmel an der Klimaanlage und das Personal beim Frühstück war nicht sehr freundlich. Zudem kaum Auswahl beim Frühstück.

I would stay here again
Pros:

Location is great, safe, outside the TLZ zone in case you are driving but very central. The room was large and comfortable.

Helpful staff and a good location, but serious mold and cleanliness problems made the stay extremely uncomfortable.
Pros:

The location is very good, and the staff were polite and helpful. When I reported the mold problem after the first night, they immediately offered to move us to another room and handled the complaint professionally.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay was very unpleasant. The first room had a serious mold problem, particularly around the ventilation system, as shown in the photos. At first we did not notice it, but during the night I developed strong allergy symptoms, including constant sneezing, coughing and watery eyes, and I was unable to sleep properly. There was also a noticeable mold smell throughout parts of the hotel.

After I informed reception, the staff kindly moved us to another room. However, the second room had the same type of mold problem, although less severe. This made me concerned that the issue may be related to the hotel’s ventilation system rather than just one room.

The property is also quite old and does not appear to be well maintained. Cleanliness was another problem: as shown in the photos, the room was not properly cleaned and there was hair from a previous guest on the chair. For someone with allergies, the mold made the stay especially uncomfortable. The good location and helpful staff unfortunately could not compensate for the condition of the property.
