تجربة سيئة جدًا ولا أنصح بهذا السكن

للأسف كانت تجربتنا سيئة جدًا، رغم أنني اخترت هذا السكن تحديدًا بسبب التقييمات الإيجابية السابقة وطريقة تعامل المالك التي ظهرت من خلال تقييمات النزلاء.

من البداية، مستوى النظافة كان سيئًا جدًا؛ اللحاف والأسرة والمخدات كانت متسخة، واضطررنا لتغطيتها بملابسنا. كذلك المرتبة غير مريحة وغير مناسبة لمقاس السرير، وكانت أطرافها مغطاة بالمناشف، بالإضافة إلى وجود رائحة كريهة جدًا في الحمامات.

كما حصل موقف آخر عندما قام المالك نفسه، والذي كان يتواصل معنا طوال فترة الإقامة، باتهامنا بمحاولة فتح باب شقة الجيران دون أن يقوم أولًا بالتأكد من كاميرات المراقبة. وعندما طلبنا منه التحقق، أخبرنا بأنه لا داعي لكل هذه الضجة!

بعد ذلك تم تغيير السكن ودفع فرق السعر، وكان الاتفاق على الخروج من السكن الجديد بتاريخ 27/8 والعودة إلى السكن القديم.

وعند عودتنا إلى السكن القديم، فوجئنا بأن المالك نفسه اتهمنا بسرقة الغاز السطحي الموجود في الشقة التي خرجنا منها. بدلًا من التأكد من الكاميرات أو سؤال العمال، أصر على الدخول وتفتيش الشنط والغرف.

نحن بنات فقط في الشقة، ولذلك شعرت أن الموقف تجاوز حدود الخصوصية والاحترام. وصل الأمر بي إلى التفكير بالاتصال بالسفارة السعودية بسبب إصراره على الدخول والتفتيش، خصوصًا أنني كنت على عجلة من أمري وأريد المغادرة، لكنه تسبب في تأخيرنا بسبب هذه الاتهامات الباطلة.

ورغم أننا طلبنا منه التأكد من العمال والكاميرات أولًا، أصر على التفتيش، وتم بالفعل تفتيش الشنط والغرف وحتى الحمام، ولم يجد أي شيء.

والأغرب أنه بعد كل هذه الاتهامات والتفتيش، قام أخيرًا بالتأكد من العمال، واتضح أن العامل هو من أخذ الغاز أثناء قيامه بترتيب الشقة قبل تسليمها لنا! أي أننا استلمنا الشقة من الأساس بدون الغاز.

والمالك كان يعرف جيدًا أننا لا نستخدم السكن إلا للنوم، ولا نتناول الطعام فيه ولا نستخدم المطبخ أصلًا، لذلك كان من المؤسف جدًا أن يتم اتهامنا بهذه الطريقة دون أي دليل أو تحقق مسبق.

كان من الممكن حل الموضوع بكل احترام وببساطة من خلال مراجعة الكاميرات أو سؤال العمال قبل توجيه اتهامات لنا وتفتيش ممتلكاتنا وخصوصيتنا.

بصراحة، أكثر ما خيب ظني هو أسلوب المالك وعدم احترامه لنا كنزيلات، خصوصًا أننا كنا بنات فقط.

i was missing a trash can from the room but there was one in the bathroom so it was ok. the fridge was loud put we unplugged it so it was ok.the room was on the second floor but the owner warned us that there is no elevator. so there wouldn’t be such thing that we didn’t like.

The room was nice and clean, but access to the property was not well coordinated. There is no permanent staff at the reception, so entrance/access details are shared by the owner on WhatsApp (through the number provided during the booking process). My phone did not work in the days of the booking so I did not receive the customary messages then. I was contacted the day of my arrival, via Booking.com (email notification), to which messages I immediately answered via email. I did not receive the access details, therefore upon arrival the door was locked and not having internet I would have been locked out had it not been for another Guest who happen to exit at the moment of my arrival. Once inside, I managed to speak to a Housekeeping individual who called the Management, who (over the phone) very adamantly insisted on the fact that details were circulated but not delivered because my WhatsApp did not work. Overall, it was a chaotic and mechanical check-in process, which I did not enjoy. Therefore, apologies in advance, but I cannot rate my stay highly, nor recommend booking here.

It was a bit far from the metro to my taste. Since I had 2 heavy bags and were traveling alone, the getting to the place was challenging - but if you're traveling by taxi, it's a good location coz it's less busy and more local then Taksim hotel area where I normally stay. If you decide to get lost in the area, lots of adorable street art to take photos of.

The only downside was that there was no elevator, which made it a bit difficult for my friends staying on the upper floors.
