Hôtel agréable
Pros:

Personnel prévenant, chambre spacieuse, espaces extérieurs et restaurants agréables. Proximité du jardin st Anton.

Cons:

Beaucoup de trafic routier dans le quartier et salle de bain moyennement agréable

Fantastic hotel with delightful staff and ameneties.
Pros:

The staff were delightful. The pool was stunning. The coffee bar in reception was excellent.

Cons:

A few tiles around the pool were extremely slippery.

Building works was disappointing
Pros:

Gorgeous gardens. Super clean and well maintained.

Agréable, reposant .
Pros:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner et des restaurants étaient aux petits soins, ils sont très agréables, souriant et extrêmement serviables. C'est ce qui fait la qualité de ce palace.
Le calme a la piscine extérieure.
La salle de sport bien équipée.
Speciale mention pour les restaurants.
Les ayant tous testés, nous les avons trouvés excellents. ++ Restaurant le Bahia très belle expérience culinaire et service impeccable.
On a pu se sentir comme chez soi .

Cons:

Le spa privé ( Vitality space) mériterait d'être mieux entretenu. Certaines personnes de la réception n'étaient pas souriant et on avait l'impression de déranger après plus d'une requête. ( parfois obligés de descendre à la réception car au téléphone aucune réponse)
Nous avions une suite avec un grand balcon, nous avons été surpris que ce dernier ne soit pas meublé en conséquence, du standing du palace.
Un palace qui a un énorme charme et qui aurait pu frôler le séjour parfait, si ces petits bémols étaient corrigés.

Flotte udendørsområder/pool, indendørs pool var også fin, morgenmaden var god.

Cons:

Der var en større renovering i gang af værelserne, som stødte lige op til hvor vi boede, det blev vi først oplyst om, efter vi havde booket det.
Da vi skulle ned til vores værelse ved ankomst, hang der er tung støv i luften, efter de var ved at bryde vægge mm ned. Og vi havde lige udsigt til arbejdet fra vores altan også.
Vi ønskede at få refunderet vores penge og finde et nyt hotel
Men det kunne ikke lade sig gøre, pga vi havde booket- ikke-refunderbar værelse .
Vi snakkede både med booking.com og hotellet, men ingen af dem ville gøre en undtagelse.
Rigtig dårlig service fra begge sider!
Udover det ,så står der ikke at det ikke er egnet til børn, vi havde vores dreng på 4 år med og ved poolen udenfor, står der en lang liste med hvad man ikke må, det er ikke for familier med børn.
Ældre og par (uden børn) er målgruppen .
