Flotte udendørsområder/pool, indendørs pool var også fin, morgenmaden var god.

Der var en større renovering i gang af værelserne, som stødte lige op til hvor vi boede, det blev vi først oplyst om, efter vi havde booket det.
Da vi skulle ned til vores værelse ved ankomst, hang der er tung støv i luften, efter de var ved at bryde vægge mm ned. Og vi havde lige udsigt til arbejdet fra vores altan også.
Vi ønskede at få refunderet vores penge og finde et nyt hotel
Men det kunne ikke lade sig gøre, pga vi havde booket- ikke-refunderbar værelse .
Vi snakkede både med booking.com og hotellet, men ingen af dem ville gøre en undtagelse.
Rigtig dårlig service fra begge sider!
Udover det ,så står der ikke at det ikke er egnet til børn, vi havde vores dreng på 4 år med og ved poolen udenfor, står der en lang liste med hvad man ikke må, det er ikke for familier med børn.
Ældre og par (uden børn) er målgruppen .

definitiv keine 5 Sterne und Preis-Leistung nicht gegeben
Pros:

Das ZImmer war groß, das Bett sehr groß und gemütlich. Balkon nett, aber viel Verkehr. Der Haarfön von Dyson war klasse.

Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Hotel generell (Ausnahme: Abendrestaurant) war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend, aber sicher keine 5 Sterne wert. Wir haben schon in 4-Stern Hotels deutlich besseres Frühstück gegessen. Das Buffet war täglich gleich. Um EUR 5 konnte man weitere Speisen bestellen.

Die Badelandschaft war grundsätzlich sehr ansprechend, kleiner Indoor-Pool (allerdings nur ca 1,10m tief) und ein Whirlpool.

Cons:

Das Gartenrestaurant hat bereits um 17h geschlossen. Das Restaurant im Haupthaus haben wir nur einmal besucht. Die Kellner waren verarschend freundlich und haben uns Speisen verrechnet, die wir nicht bestellt haben. Die Qualität war nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Keine Rücksicht auf die Wünsche des Kunden.

Der Indoor-Badebereich schließt um 19h, war sonst aber in Ordnung.

Die Parkplätze sind nur zum Teil auf dem Hotelgrundstück verfügbar (weniger als 10 Abstellplätze), andere Parkplätze müssen im öffentlichen Parkbereich gesucht werden. Sind alle Plätze belegt, muss man einen relativ großen Umkreis abfahren.

Die Dusche macht beim Betrieb Lärm. Dieser stört die Entspannung beim Duschen und ist auch im Schlafzimmer laut zu hören.
