Wir hatten unser Zimmer in der 10. Etage . Leider war es einfach zu warm . Sonnenseite und keine Klima . Schlafen konnten wir kaum aufgrund der Wärme im Zimmer

Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Exzellente Bedienung.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert. Bei der derzeitigen Hitze konnte man es nur - aber wirklich nur - mit elektrischem Ventilator aushalten.

Wir waren mit unserer Wahl, Gäste dieses Hotels zu sein, nicht zufrieden!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön, groß und sauber.
Das Problem war, dass es wegen der Hitze sehr laut war, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlief. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war allerdings sehr gut.

Cons:

Am ersten Abend wollten wir auf der Terrasse des Restaurants sitzen. Etwa zehn Minuten nach uns kamen weitere Gäste. Der Kellner nahm sofort deren Bestellungen auf, ignorierte uns aber völlig. Er beachtete uns weder, noch sah er uns an. Es war, als wären wir gar nicht da. Nach 15 bis 20 Minuten Wartezeit kümmerte sich der Kellner immer noch nicht um uns. Ich beschwerte mich an der Rezeption, aber der Kollege hörte mir nur zu und sagte kein Wort. Deshalb zogen wir es vor, unsere Drinks am Abend in der Stadt und nicht im Hotel zu genießen.

Für 2 Nächte mit Fokus Stadt angucken, völlig in Ordnung.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ☀️☀️
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral! Alle wichtigen Highlights sind fussläufig erreichbar ! Das Personal am Empfang und im ganzen Hotel sind super nett! Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker 🤣

Cons:

Keine eigenen Parkplätze, keine Klimaanlage wichtig ja aber nur im Hochsommer

Aussicht ist top, Rest in Ordnung
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Elbe mit tollem Ausblick. Altstadt in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Hbf ist etwas umständlich geworden seit die Carolabrücke weg ist. Darüber hätte ich mir eine Vorabinfo gewünscht. Wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass die Strassenbahn noch bis zur Haltestelle direkt beim Hotel fährt, und dort endet.

Das Frühstück ist mit 21 Eur zu teuer.
