VERY CLEAN!
Pros:

Very clean! It is a somewhat outdated motel, but they definitely have done a good job by providing some updated amenities and keeping the rooms very clean. One note for our room is that the bathroom tub fixtures could be updated (faucet wiggled and no drain plug but did not hamper our stay). The A/C worked great, without mildew smell.

Just like many motels with doors facing the parking lot, noise from motors could be heard at times. For me, I loved the convenience of having our car right outside our door (we were on the bottom floor).

We did not use the pool, so can't comment on that.

Overall, I would definitely stay there again. The location was great (walking distance to a lot of places), rate was reasonable, the room and front office were very clean, Kendra was a delight, and the happy hour & breakfast was far better than a lot of other motels. Did I mention it was very clean??? 🙂 If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower after spending the day on the beach, I would recommend staying here.

Cons:

Not that it could be helped, but I did not like that the vanity/sink were outside of the shower/toilet room. Does not allow for privacy when getting dressed if others are in the room (I like my privacy). However, it is ideal for a group of people not having to wait to take a shower or use the toilet.
