Location close to beach and places we wanted to eat. Able to rent a golf cart at the same location. Staff super friendly. Breakfast decent, with wide variety of items. Room was clean and smelled clean the entire stay.
Floors in room would sweat, (not a dealbreaker, maybe a coastal thing) ice machine somedays wouldn’t work
It has amazing food
Really nothing other than the golf carts takes up most of the parking spaces.
The breakfast was very good! Beth was great at replenishing the items and we loved that she served "different eggs" every day! Nice touch. Beth was very friendly and engaging! She is an asset to your hotel staff.
Carla and Kendra, who work the reception desk, were both very nice and super friendly! Eager to help or answer any questions, etc. They are both an asset to your hotel staff.
The location is ideal since it is right off of the main drag and not loud with traffic, etc. The room was very quiet even though the hotel was full which is always appreciated!
My only complaint was that there was an extremely gross, large splotch of dark hair that was present on the walkway right next to our room from the day we got there to the day we left. We arrived on Thursday around 2pm and left at 11am on Sunday. There is no reason that it wasn't cleaned up right away as it was very obvious!
It was clean and had the kitchen we wanted. And the breakfast they provided was really good.
When I was taking a shower I slipped and fell out of the shower onto the hard floor. I let them know at the front desk.
I didn't like that there wasn't a countertop section and that the bed wasn't memory foam but I'm picky
Clean and friendly.
Parking space was terrible.
Very nice and clean!!! Love the location
Didn't eat there, the lady who ran this was excellent.
My wife and I are over 70 years of age. As this facility doesn't have an elevator, we had to ask to get a room on the first floor. The hotel also needs to put a yellow drip between its two gray steps. And, when walking on the first floor, there wasn't a fire extinguisher.
