A luxurious and elegant hotel with attentive service.
Pros:

This hotel is located on Kobe Port Island and and is connected to Port Liner Civic Shimin Hiroba Station by an elevated bridge, so there's no need to worry about rainy days. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The room was fully equipped, and the view of Kobe from the hotel was quite beautiful on a clear day. You can choose whether to have housekeeping staff clean daily, or opt out in an environmentally conscious way, as long as you remember to stick the corresponding magnet on the outside of your door in the morning. Finally, the hotel also offers a shuttle bus to Sannomiya Station or Shin-Kobe Station, with frequent and convenient service; I highly recommend this service.
