Great location, close to the airport, excellent staff
Pros:

I stayed on the 26th floor and it was a lovely stay for two days, as I was there on a business trip. The breakfast was excellent, they also had a complimentary tea service and aperitif service, but I was otherwise offsite.The staff was excellent. Really liked the shuttle to the shopping area.

Pros:

Alles top und sauber.
Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Wir benötigten ein physisches Dokument und konnten es dem Hotel mailen zum Drucken.

Cons:

Das Rooftop ist nur begrenzt zugänglich.
Wir konnten die Aussicht nicht geniessen.

Decent hotel but could do with some tweaks. Good value for money.
Pros:

Friendly polite staff. Nice foyer area and good facilities such as a family mart.
Great room on the 23rd floor, less so on the lower floors.
Easy access to the portliner & the shuttle bus was really good.
Price paid was excellent for the quality of hotel.

Cons:

The room we had on the 15th floor was dated.
Very poor pillows, had to ask for extra.
Location good for Kobe animal kingdom but less so for Kobe.

Buena opción si necesitas moverte cerca del aereopuerto
Pros:

El hotel es muy grande, bonito y cómodo, también me gusto bastante porque tiene un acceso directo a la linea del metro por si necesitas llegar al aeropuerto o moverte por la ciudad. También tiene un Lawson dentro del hotel y así no tienes que salir a la calle si necesitas algo.

Cons:

Me gusto todo, solo siento que deberían actualizar un poco sus habitaciones porque las sentí un poco vintage.

大満足！
Pros:

広い部屋で、ベッドも大きく、熟睡することができた。デスクにライトも付いており、仕事する上で大変よかった。お風呂はバスタブ付きで、洗面所もとても広かった。チェックアウトが11時だったので、ゆっくり仕事の準備ができた。ルームサービスもとても美味しかった。朝食も豪華で美味しかった。

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Thoughtful hotel which provided everything we needed including facial wash, and there was a family mart downstairs. Rooms were spacious. Felt like it might have been a premium hotel in its heyday.

Cons:

Needed to pay for parking, decor was a little dated, and location on the port island is not close to much food!
