神戸市の象徴的なホテル
Pros:

今回はホテルから最寄りの施設で開催されたコンサート鑑賞の為に利用させて頂きました。ホテルから会場まで徒歩100メートル程と閉会後の交通機関の混雑に巻き込まれる事もなく、また、その心配すらなく安気に出掛けられたのが一番良かった。
更にホテル施設内に24H営業のコンビニもあり、非常に便利でしたし、ホテルの朝食も順番待ちの予約やその進捗もスマホから確認出来て、部屋から出てレストラン前で待つ時間も省けてとても有り難かった。

Cons:

少数派の意見として喫煙場所が非常に不便なところに設置されている。ホテル本館2Fのポートライナー駅への連絡通路に繋がる出入り口付近にあり、本館、南館共に一度ロビー階に降りてから階段、エスカレーターで2階へ上がる動線が辛かった。
細かいところでは、バスタブの底の立ち上がり部分の皮脂の付着が酷く、清潔感に欠けた点が残念だった。
