שקט ושלווה.
Pros:

מלון מעט מיושן אבל ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, 5 כוכבים, שירות מעל ועבר למצופה, המיטה בחדר נוחה מאוד (שמים את הראש ונרדמים), שקט מוחלט בחדרים, ממש תענוג. היינו רק בארוחת בוקר והיא היתה נהדרת. הבריכה על הגג גם נהדרת ויש נוף מדהים.

Cons:

כדאי לשפר מעט את ארוחת הבוקר, מעבר לזה הכל מדהים.

The people at the reception were not very nice, especially at the beginning. One of the receptionists told me, “You look like an athlete, so it’s okay — park a bit farther away, you can walk.”

I understand it may have been meant as a sarcastic or funny comment, but I would have preferred to be welcomed in a kinder and more respectful way.

The waiters today were amazing, and the kitchen staff was incredible. I just didn’t like the people at the reception. It didn’t feel respectful.

It slightly ruined my stay at the place.

Le séjour s’est globalement très bien passé. Excellent emplacement. La chambre était confortable et, dans l’ensemble, l’expérience était agréable.

Cons:

Le point négatif concerne principalement le ménage. Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait que quelqu’un vienne régulièrement frapper à la porte pour faire la chambre. De plus, une fois le ménage effectué, celui-ci était assez superficiel : les capsules de café n’étaient pas remplacées, les tasses n’étaient pas lavées, etc. J’ai eu l’impression que cela était fait un peu trop rapidement.

Pros:

Bon emplacement de l’hôtel et grande amabilité du personnel .

Cons:

Grande difficulté pour accéder à la piscine qui était bondée et très bruyante. Qualité de la nourriture servie au bord de la piscine médiocre. Oublié par la la femme de ménage de nettoyer le plateau de remplacer les capsules de café, j’ai dû relancer la réception trois fois pour en obtenir.

גרוע מאוד, חוויה מאכזבת מאין כמוה, בושה למי שמתיימר למכור סויטה ב 4000 ש" ללילה לתת שרות כזה.

שכרנו סויטה ב 4000 ש"ח ללילה הפוגה לאחר 3 שנות מלחמה בצפון, הובטח שייקחו את הרכב לחניה ברגע שנגיע. בכניסה למלון נאצלנו להמתין בחניה של מוניות ואז נאמר לנו שאין סידור חניה וגם החניונים הקרובים תפוסים וכי עלינו לחפש חניה בעצמנו. זה גרם לזעם רב מצידי ורק לאחר ששקלנו לבטל את השהות נאותו להסדיר חניה בחזית המלון. בבוקר קמתי לבריכה ואז נחרדתי לגלות שכל המבואה לבריכה עמוסת שיירי אוכל ומזון מסריחים פחי אשפה פתוחים ולכלוך רב מארוחה שכנראה התקיימה בערב שלפני. החלטנו לעזוב מיד את המלון.

היה נקי יפה וכל הצוות כולם בלי יוצא מן הכלל נחמדים בטירוף.
אוכל טעים נוף מטורף הכל נקי נראה טוב פשוט מקום מעולה.

שמתי בבוקר שלט נא לא להפריע אז לא ניקו את החדר .
ואז בצהריים בקשתי שינקו את החדר והגיעו אחרי שעתיים. בסדר גמור זה לא פגע בחוויה בכלל.
