Great place and great price
Pros:

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and they had coffee in lobby at all hours.

Cons:

Our stay was very good my only complaint would be that the lotion and the body wash bottles in our room where empty and parking was limited we ended up parking on street.

Good economic Hotel, great value for the money in San Luis Obispo. Nice location in either direction

New and upgraded Room. A clean and quiet room in modern design. Just a quirky location.

It's sucked they kept my deposit said that we smoked in the room and we didn't
Cons:

Room wasn't ready and when it was there were ants everywhere. Gave us a new room went up to it walk in and someone came and said can you wait outside So I can fix something so we had to wait holding all our luggage.

You Get What You Pay For.
Pros:

The staff was really nice! The location was walkable to almost everything!

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work. There was also this very nasty chair in the room... Just take it out. No one will miss it. You could see the grime where people's heads, hands, and butt cracks had been.

Unfortunately the breakfast area was closed which was disappointing

If you are handicap you have to pay more for the room on first floor or near elevator.

Do your research before even considering staying here.
Pros:

The hotel across the street.
Bald man was nice until he wasn’t.

Cons:

The dirty stained used sheets, the left over cups from the person before us, the stinky old stained carpet .oh and getting locked out of our room because the key stopped swiping.
