Courtyard Hartford Farmington

The hotel staff is wonderful. Susan, Shane and Austin were extremely helpful as we traveled for a soccer event. This was our second stay and we will be sure to stay again.

This is my third year traveling to CT for training. We have stated at this same hotel each year. Showers are great, rooms are perfectly adequate with comfortable beds, but after a long day of professional development the desk and lounge staff are the best. Jasmin at the bar remembers your orders after not seeing you for 11 months, and her smile is contagious. Best part of my stay.

Have stayed twice at this location while attending as teacher workshop. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The support/cleaning staff is also great and seeing as need and providing help.
I like the large gathering space to hang out with friends and colleagues as well as the close access to the mall and various food choices.

From start to finish, this hotel was fantastic to deal with. Shane helped us with a group booking and went out of his way to make this smooth and simple. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was outstanding. A simple walk to restaurants and a large mall. Easy on and off the highway. Rooms were very spacious, clean and updated. An exceptional value that we highly recommend.

Eeeily empty upon check in. Crumbs left on the sofa. Fabric on sofa look old and dingy. Scotch tape left on the wall above the bed where it meets the ceiling and on the ceiling above the bed. Someone clearly had a party and no one cleaned it up. Hair band that was not ours found in the bedsheets. Given an adjoining room when we didn't need or ask for one. General noise level somewhat loud. I was honestly too tired to complain or move to another room, but will not be returning. Not what I expected for the price!

I've stayed at the Courtyard Hartford-Farmington many times. Of the four different hotels I've stayed in for business in the Farmington area, it is hands-down my favorite. The lobby provides a calm vibe from the start. The rooms are nice, each having a mini fridge and microwave. They are clean and generally well-maintained. Temperature controls in the room allow me to set the temperature to my liking, and I have never had issues with noise from inside or outside the hotel. The workout facility features a variety of equipment for any experience level. The cafe serves delicious food and drinks. Zarghona, who works the cafe in the mornings, is the absolute best! The location is also super convenient with all kinds of shops and restaurants in walking distance and many more within a few minutes' drive. Finally, the price point for the accommodations is a truly great value. It's always my first choice of places to stay in the Farmington area, and I definitely recommend it for business or personal stays!

We got a hotel block here, as well as the suites for getting-ready rooms day of our wedding, and it was a seamless experience. Shane and the Courtyard staff were extremely communicative and generous over the many months we were planning our stay. They were able to host a large room block and 10+ bridal party no problem.
