The staff were fantastic. We accidently left behind belongings in our room and the staff arranged for postage to our next hotel within 24 hours. We greatly appreciated it.

One thing that truly impressed me was the honesty and professionalism of the hotel staff. I accidentally left my ring in the room, and the housekeeping team carefully left it exactly where it was. Such trustworthiness and attention to detail are rare and deeply appreciated.
The breakfast was also absolutely wonderful — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Thank you for making me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely well cared for during my stay.
The pool was smaller than expected, and during our 3-night stay the bed sheets were not changed. In addition, on one day the room floor had an unpleasant smell, as if it had been cleaned with an old cloth. Although we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, but there was no complimentary gesture or special touch from the hotel, which was a little disappointing for this price range.
