Tolle Lage, nur die Treppen hinter dem Hotel runter dann ist nur noch wenige Gehminuten zur Promenade direkt am See. Innenstadt hat alles mit Anspruch zu bieten. Wunderschöne Berge der See und die Natur unaussprechlich schön.

Cons:

Die Fenster in unserem Appartement waren defekt.

Ich hatte eine Wundervolle Zeit mit meiner besten Freundin in diesem sooo fabelhaften Hotel.
Das Personal war zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich, höflich und professionell ....
Ich mus wirklich jede/n Mitarbeiter/in aufs höchste loben.
Und die hoteleigene Abesiner???? Katze war echt einfach wunderschön und zu süß.
Die Suit war mega geräumig, sauber, hatte eine Kaffee Maschine, und einem großen schönen Balkon mit Liege , Tisch, und 2 Stühlen von denen man ganz Lugano sieht.
Der Balkon ist überdacht, was mich besonders gefreut hat da es an einem Morgen leicht geregnet hat und ich bei Regen so gerne auf dem Balkon sitze und Kaffee trinke.
Das Frühstück war vortrefflich.
Der Barista hat einfach gute Laune gemacht , mit dem Kaffee und seiner anhaltenden guten Laune und höflichen Art.
Mein Mocktail in dem Havanadeck war köstlich, der Kellner mit seinem Auftreten gab mir, zusammen mit der Musik dem Ambiente und der Aussicht aus den riesigen Fenstern, den Vibe in einem Edelen Club aus dem vergangenen Jahrhundert zu sein.
Die Kellnerin war so herzlich, dass ich alleine wegen ihr wieder kommen würde...
Das einzig anstrengende war ein wenig der Rückweg aus der Stadt wobei dass nicht der Rede wert ist da man echt mit so einem schönen Charmanten Hotel mit Charakter belohnt wird , das nicht nur hervorragenden Service sondern einen schönen Vibe und mega Aussicht bietet.

Meine Freundin und ich sind wirklich gleichermaßen begeistert...
Danke an das Team dass das Hotel so schön Charmant und lebendig macht...

the room size suite of 2 beds the A/C in each room the location with nice view the breakfast was good

Mooi maar prijzig.
Pros:

De upgrade naar een suite was prima.

Cons:

De prijzen van eten en drinken. Vooral als je per ongeluk in Chf zou afreken, dan komt er 20% op de € prijzen van de toch al prijzige menukaart. Twee gangen diner € 65 (Chf 77). Ontbijt is € 40.
