Cons:

Leider sehr enttäuschender Abschluss unseres Aufenthalts. Beim Check-out wurde uns ausdrücklich bestätigt, dass alles bezahlt sei. Trotzdem wurde anschließend ohne vorherige Information unsere Kreditkarte mit einem weiteren Betrag belastet. Am nächsten Morgen kam es zudem erneut zu Unstimmigkeiten bei der Abrechnung. Für ein 4-Sterne-S-Hotel erwarten wir deutlich mehr Professionalität, klare Kommunikation und eine korrekte Abrechnung. Sehr schade und leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Lage mit Blick auf Lugano, die Berge und den See ist phantastisch.

Cons:

Am zweiten Tag gab es leider keine Milch zum Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Angesichts des stolzen Zimmerpreises und Null Reaktion an der Rezeption, ein Minuspunkt.

Insgesamt ist es ein wunderbares Hotel, allein die Aussicht hat 5 Sterne verdient.
Pros:

Der Ausblick war spektakulär, ebenso das Zimmer. Die Kollegen waren sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Da es keine Nachmittags-Kaffeesnacks gab, besorgte eine Kollegin ein paar Kekse zum Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Suite und bei der Buchung ging nicht klar hervor, dass die Küche extra hinzu gebucht werden musste. Das taten wir dann vor Ort. Was ein wirkliches Manko bei war, war die Tatsache, dass der Zimmerservice zeitlich erst ab 14 Uhr galt, sodass ein Frühstück auf dem Zimmer nicht möglich war. Auch die Cocktailbar war nicht täglich geöffnet. Wirklich gefehlt hat ein Kaffeeangebot für den Nachmittag mit Kuchen.

I will not be returning to this hotel there are better places to stay in Lugano.

The room was spacious.

Cons:

Overall this hotel is a disappointment, given the price.
Poor welcome on arrival at hotel reception.
Dated and faded decor. This hotel needs renovation.
My experience of the bar was also disappointing.
No decent outside area or gardens - balcony only.
The staff would benefit from some training.

La boule de l’extrémité du rideau au salon qui me tombe sur la tête n’est pas une expérience très agréable car assez lourde

Die wundervolle Aussicht, Georgia an der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich, der Cappuccino beim Frühstück war genial. Wir haben ohne danach zu fragen ein Upgrade bekommen.

Cons:

Für uns war es super, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
Für Personen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, ist es ohne Auto zu beschwerlich, da es viele Stufen sind bis man unten am See ankommt.
