Cons:

Za 500 € za noc naprosto nepochopitelné. Tento hotel nemá s luxusem vůbec nic společného – spíš připomíná zanedbaný dvouhvězdičkový penzion.

Pokoj byl špinavý, nábytek opotřebovaný a terasa (cca 10 m²) byla ostuda sama o sobě – špinavý nábytek, nepořádek a výhled připomínající smetiště. Rozhodně místo, kde nechcete trávit ani minutu.

Celkový stav hotelu působí zanedbaně a rozhodně neodpovídá ceně ani prezentaci na fotografiích. Za tuto částku člověk očekává špičkovou kvalitu, ne zklamání na každém kroku.

Na druhou stranu musím pochválit personál. Recepční byli po celou dobu milí, profesionální a ochotní pomoci. Stejně tak číšníci v restauraci odvedli skvělou práci – byli vstřícní, usměvaví a poskytli výborný servis. Je škoda, že právě oni musí pracovat v hotelu, jehož stav vůbec neodpovídá úrovni jejich služeb.

Pokud hledáte hotel, který odpovídá tomu, co slibuje, vyhněte se tomuto místu obloukem. Zaměstnanci si zaslouží uznání, vedení hotelu by se ale mělo zamyslet nad tím, za co hosté platí 500 € za noc.

Traumhafte Aussicht auf Lugano
Pros:

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal!

Cons:

Der Pool wäre renovationsbedürftig, aber trotzdem ok.

Doch Ihr Service organisierte für uns speziell Prawns mit Gemüse . Es war sehr lecker und wir sehr zufrieden.
