I always enjoy Hilton properties but this stay was not up to par. Would appreciate a comped night
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff congenial. Clean facilities

Cons:

Elevator was uneven with floor. Difficult to maneuver cart. Lobby had air conditioning problems. There was no hot water in the room. Had tinted my hair and went to take shower and only cold water we were not advised there were boiler problems

Best sleep ever!
Pros:

Clean! Friendly staff and accommodating on our late flight. Joanna our receptionist at check in was friendly, informative and made the process so very easy!

Much trouble with room key acceptance - failed 4 times - I am on a cane and most difficult going back to the desk to sort out the problem - I am Not a complainer !!!

Good stay for the price!
Pros:

Good Breakfast- good price-

Cons:

Booking. Com the hotel did not get the booking- manager keeps saying this happens a lot & should NOT go thro 3rd party but should book thro Hilton App. Everyone books thro 3rd party nowadays.

Clean hotel in a convenient area with comfortable beds
Pros:

Convenient location and nice area. Appears recently renovated. The grill and bar were a nice addition. The fitness room was very nice. The staff were incredible!! Dillon was very knowledgeable about the area. He was training Alice and he was patient, thorough, and kind as he
trained. We had a funny lively conversation with Dillon and Alice!

Cons:

The carpet was not laid well and buckled in areas- could cause a trip or fall.

The place felt homey, its was clean, and well stocked with drinks and snacks in the front desk.
Pros:

The night staff was very friendly and kind, I believe his name was Dylan! Checked me in quickly and made sure I felt taken care of.

Cons:

Not too upset because I was traveling alone, but the bed frame was squeaky, and would make noise every time I shifted to get comfy. It’s not a big problem since I sleep like a stone statue at night.
