Posizione eccellente. Metro , bus e treno a due passi. Sintra facilmente raggiungibile

Pulizia non sufficiente!!
Ho dovuto chiedere di farmi cambiare stanza perché per 3 notti consecutive mi sono svegliata grattandomi in tutto il corpo. Quando ho spiegato l'accaduto mi hanno cambiato stanza, MA SENZA NEMMENO SCUSARSI. La camera successiva non mi ha dato problemi per cui la precedente era sporca. (Ipotesi: polvere, lenzuola non pulite o peggio....)
Ristorante buffet con tutte le sere la stessa cosa. Variava solo il secondo. Alla carta UN SOLO E UNICO SECONDO PER 5 GIORNI DI FILA.
Colazione dolce quasi inesistente! Anche qua per 5 giorni stessi DUE dolci, ossia cornetti vuoti e dolci al cioccolato . Stop. Salato molto più variegato
Caffe delle macchinette. PESSIMO.
Tavoli spesso sporchi di briciole.
Camerieri QUASI tutti gentili
Reception poco disponibili. Solo per far check in e out
