The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
I booked this hotel specifically because it had a swimming pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival I found out that the pool was closed due to maintenance work. This was not communicated to me before my stay. If I had been informed in advance, I would have booked a different hotel.
In addition, the hotel closed one day earlier than stated on the website, which was also unexpected and not communicated beforehand.
I find it very disappointing that these important changes were not communicated to guests. The availability of the swimming pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and I believe I should have been informed so I could have made an informed decision before my trip. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Boa localização. Os funcionários do pequeno almoço e restaurante eram muito simpáticos. Apenas jantamos uma vez, a comida estava muito boa.
Os funcionários da recepção não eram nada simpáticos. A limpeza dos quartos deixava um pouco a desejar, em dois dias encontramos miolos de comida. Os quartos e zonas comuns dos andares precisam de uma renovação. O pequeno almoço era fraco e de má qualidade.

Velmi milý a ochotný personál, výměna pokoje na méně hlučnou stranu proběhla bez problémů, dobrá snídaně, hezké prostředí, dobrá poloha u metra.
Nedoporučuji ubytování na severní stranu směrem na vlakovou trať, pokud chcete větrat a nepoužívat klimatizaci. Pokoj zřejmě nemá rekuperaci s čerstvým vzduchem.
