La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el desayuno es bastante completo.

Cons:

A las instalaciones de las habitaciones les hace falta una mantención más profunda. Son detalles, pero marcan la diferencia. Sin embargo, las camas eran muy cómodas y el tamaño de las habitaciones es bueno.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

We always stay at this hotel in Buenos Aires. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Staff is friendly, with some exceptions. The breakfast staff specially, they celebrate guests birthdays on request. Thank you, Roberto! Location and wifi are good.

Cons:

Tip: busses on the street, if noise bothers you, ask for a room on the back side.

El personal muy amable y cordial, muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena por su cercanía a avenidas, servicios, teatros y compras.
El desayuno es correcto.
La cama y la habitación fueron cómodas.

Cons:

Es importante tener en cuenta que al llegar al lobby hay una escalera considerable hacia los ascensores que llevan a las habitaciones y otra hacia el comedor, desconozco si el hotel tiene algún sistema de accesibilidad para el ascensor.

Buena Atención del personal y el desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

En el baño la puerta estaba en mal estado, la ropa de cama tuvimos que pedir al servicio cambio, en una frazadas había cabello de los huéspedes anteriores, ahí muy mal. Además el jabón y shampoo de ducha se notaba mezclado con agua .

Alojamiento perfecto.
Pros:

Somos patagónicos y desde hace años elegimos este hotel por todo, la cordialidad de sus empleados, en particular la del Sr. Gustavo de la recepción, Roberto y Hernán del desayuno, la siempre sonriente Mariana del sector limpieza, todos amorosos.
Además nos encanta las comodidades que siempre ofrece.
Alojamiento perfecto.

Pros:

Café da manhã bom, mas os pães era sofríveis. Limpeza muito boa, atendimento excelente, da recepção, passando pelo restaurante e as camareiras. Prestativos, simpáticos e sorridentes.

Cons:

O pão do café da manhã, poderiam deixar água nos apartamentos. E as instalações estão um pouco velhas, mas não comprometeu.

Buen hotel para una escapada rápida a BsAs.
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación y del baño. El agua caliente y la abundancia de agua. El desayuno también estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Que alguno de los tomacorrientes de la habitación no funcionaban y tuvimos que cargar los 3 teléfonos en el toma del baño. La calidad del shampoo, gel de ducha y acondicionador, podrían mejorarse.
