A lobby kellemes és hangulatos volt, a személyzet segítőkész. A reggeli kiváló minőségű volt, különösen a sajtválaszték és a friss croissant nyerte el a tetszésünket. A szálloda jó elhelyezkedésű, összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Az állandó hideg citromos víz kiváló ötlet. Nyáron cserélhető lehetne meleg teára esetleg, decemberben forró csokira. Összességében ajánlott szállás, néhány fejlesztendő területtel.
A folyosón és a szobában a szőnyegek több helyen kopottak voltak, néhol ragacsos érzetet keltettek. Az ablakot sajnos egyáltalán nem lehetett kinyitni, még bukóra sem. A klímaberendezés működött, azonban nem hűtötte le megfelelően a szobát, így éjszaka kissé meleg volt. Jelentősebb negatívumot nem találtunk!

« L’accueil manquait de chaleur et de sens du service. Arrivé avant l’heure de check-in, je comprends qu’une chambre ne soit pas forcément prête. Cependant, j’aurais apprécié qu’une vérification soit effectuée afin de voir si une chambre déjà disponible pouvait m’être attribuée. »
Mais malheureusement, la dame à l’accueil s’est montrée peu chaleureuse et peu disposée à chercher une solution

De multiples problèmes de carte magnétique pour accéder à la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. 2 personnes à l'acueil mais 1 seul client géré à la fois et il a fallu attendre. Chambre un peu défraichie ainsi que la moquette d'un niveau 3 étoiles plutot que 4.
