Pros:

Lots of parking, nice lobby , bed comfortable. Nice size shower with good water pressure, quiet surroundings

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great, staff were really slow to order tea/coffee. Didn’t offer any alternatives to the breakfast buffet. This really let the place down

The location of the hotel to my venue at Mercedes Benz World and the staff were efficient and helpful.

Cons:

the bathroom sink took forever to drain and the noise from the large extractor fans outside the window.

Love this hotel!
Pros:

Absolutely love this hotel and the history behind it. Food was delicious and the room we had was really well maintained, really happy all round. The staff were really polite and attentive.

Charming and romantic. Great location. Bit overpriced.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the grounds of the property are amazing.
Charming and romantic interior decor.
The room was clean and quite large.
The front office and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant was great disappointment. It appears to be riding on the coattails of the rest of the hotel.
The food was overpriced for below par quality. Meals were substituted without prior notice and the wine felt watered down.
The restaurant staff didn't seem to be trained by the same management as the rest of the property and lack basic service practices.
We had a room above the lobby and there was a noisy birthday party that made it hard to sleep.

Two day break
Pros:

Stayed here n a Secret Escapes break due to its proximity to Hampton Court Palace and Kew gardens.Whilst the room was not ideally located we were impressed that the hotel had recently been refurbished and everything was immaculate. The staff were really helpful and the food was excellent although choice was limited at dinner. Set in grounds with plenty of parking it is an ideal place to stay given its proximity to attractions and Heathrow airport. Would certainly stay here again.

A very nice, quiet hotel with a great location and upscale feel. The receptionist, Jack, was very helpful, and it's close to the airport, perfect for a day trip.
