Access to the lake was minutes away. Hotel staff made it such a lovely experience. Food on the half board package at the sister hotel kompass was great. Spa was nice .

Location is great. Easy access to everything. Hotel has an… air of a ex-Yugoslavia but with small investment can increase the confort. For example : to have AC functional and to change the beds that are making a lot of noises when you moved on. Good point the swimming pool free of charge.
Beds!! And AC which doesn’t function.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good
Our lake view room wasn’t quite as expected, there is a mini shopping center in between the hotel and the lake so the view was only really visible when standing up on the balcony. Our air conditioning wasn’t working properly after our first night and after reporting it 5 times we finally got moved to a new room.
