This stay was worth it only for the location. Lake View was not worth it.
Pros:

The location is very central. They have good amenities like a pool, spa and basic breakfast. One of the young receptionists, Anez, was a very pleasant person and easy to talk to. (Sorry if the name is incorrect)

Cons:

One of the older receptionists was not very pleasant to talk to. When we booked a stay for 3 nights and spent quite a bit of money on the stay, we would expect a warm staff member to check us in. But I dont know if it was racism or just his personality. The breakfast was decent but not anything extraordinary as promoted by booking.com. The 'Lake Side' was not what I expected, as its advertised differently in the photos by the hotel. The lake was visible in the distance with a complex, a parking lot and small garage/storage area in between (See photos). So you could see the lake if you tried hard xD.

Absolut eine Empfehlung.
Pros:

Alles war außergewöhnlich. Die Lage des Hotels. Die Ausstattung der Suite von Grösse ,Qualität der Möblierung bis hin zu den Fotteehandtüchern von seltener Güte. Gleich 2 Balkone.
Auch der Parkplatz direkt im Innenhof machte An- u. Abreise angenehm.

Easy hotel for a stopover
Pros:

Front desk staff were friendly and professional. We had a standard room which has everything you need. Lots of close by restaurant, bars and cafes, and the lake just a quick 2 minutes down the road breakfast was great and plentiful. Paid parking outside the front door. Perfect.

A szállás tiszta, a reggeli bőséges, valamint nagyon jó helyen van a szállás.

Cons:

A szobáknak a bútorait már igazán le lehetne cserélni, mert ütöttek és kopottak. Valamint kicsit idegesítő volt, hogy a szobában lévő kád oldala állandóan leesett. A parkolás díját ennyi pénzért elengedhették volna...

All in all a pleasant and enjoyable stay with pleasant staff.
Pros:

The staff members were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel had an excellent location - close to the venue of the Bled Strategic Forum which I was attending. The hotel had a spa and pool area which my wife was able to enjoy. We also liked the size of the hotel. It was not overwhelming like the nearby conference hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom was somewhat old fashioned and dated. There was no lighting near the toilet. My wife and I would have appreciated having a double bed rather than two standard beds. However, we understand that there were no other rooms available at the time we booked.

Great location, clean & lovely
Pros:

Room was lovely and clean, bedding was lovely and pillow was super comfortable, mini bar was useful and all of the staff were so friendly and patient. So close to the lake itself with good cafes and restaurants right outside

Cons:

The shower was a little small and every time you turned it was easy to knock the temperature gauge - turning it very hot or very cold. The shower also leaked very easily making the whole floor wet

Velmi přívětivé ubytování v centru města.
Pros:

Vstřícný a ochotný personál, v dosahu 5 minut pěšky vše potřebné včetně objednání aktivit, stravování a promenády/běhu kolem jezera. Pokud jste běžci, doporučuji vyrazit nejdéle v 7:30, pak už se budete proplétat spoustou chodců.

Cons:

Ubytování bylo celkově velmi dobré, jen upozorňuji na velmi měkké a proležené matrace. Náhrada za tvrdou nebyla k dispozici, řešili jsme tedy sami vypodložením dvěma náhradními polštáři, poté ranní bolest zad ustoupila 😅👍.
