Schöner Aufenthalt! Würde ich wieder wählen sollte ich mal wieder da sein!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Aufmachung von der Anlage . Ich hatte das „Baumhaus“ und war für 4 Nächte dort. Ein tolles Personal! hilft in allen Lagen wenn was sein sollte. Etwas abgelegen aber Fahrräder stehen bereit oder mit dem Grab (Auto) je nachdem wohin man möchte zwischen 4-10€ Pro Fahrt zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Toilette unterm Baumhaus. Also sollte man eine schlechten Magen haben, sollte man den Toilettengang, wenn möglich zu nem Zeitpunkt wählen wo niemand da ist (haha)

Lieu paisible au milieu des montagnes mais attention besoin d’être véhiculé.
Personnel au top très accueillants et attentionné

Cons:

Chambre avec piscine privé qui n’était pas remplis malgré notre demande en amont de la remplir pour l’utiliser.
Plus de piscine dans l’établissement, obligé d’aller à un hôtel à côté (200m)
Chambre qui ne ferme pas à clefs ou prévoir cadenas si on a des objets de valeur
Malheureusement cela ne valait pas le 1 000 000 VND

Falsche Infos zur Unterkunft, daher entäuschend

Die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr schön!

Cons:

Leider stimmen die Bilder nicht mit der Realität überein. Bungalow war ein mini Holzzelt mit Bett in welchem Mann zu Zweit kaum stehen konnte. WC/Dusche sind bei diesen zum gemeinsamen Teilen einige Meter weiter. Tür der Unterkunft kann nicht abgeschlossen werden. Als ich den Angestellten nach einem Schlüssel frug, meinte er nur:“there is no key, dont worry its save here!“
Pool ist seit Monaten unbenutzbar. Als Alternative kann man zum 200m entfernten Luxusresort und dort in den Pool. Dieser ist sehr schön. Allerdings muss man für Lunch/Abendessen ebenfalls in dieses Resort(gehört anscheinend zusammen) wenn man „im Hotel“ essen möchte. Überteuerte Preise….Ansonsten muss man mit einem Grab in die Stadt. Einzig Frühstück wurde in der eigentlichen Unterkunft angeboten. Auf der Website wurde gross: veganes Frühstück angepriesen. Dieses war ein Witz! Mein Freund hat ein drei Gänge Menü mit Pancakes und Eierspeisen erhalten, ich welche aufgrund Allergien das vegane Bestellt habe, erhielt einen klecks Marmelade und ein winziges, geschmackloses Brötchen(kleiner als eine Handfläche)Da ich davon nicht satt wurde musste ich um ein weiteres bitten, welches nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage dann kam…

Pros:

Une localisation éloignée de la ville, c’est pour cela que nous avons choisi ce lieu !
Un cadre absolument magnifique, avec une piscine privative comme sur les photos de l’hôtel mais aussi une piscine commune splendide et gratuite accessible à 200 mètres. La salle de bain est à l’extérieure.
Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, veut vous aider à porter vos valises et vous demande si tout va bien à chaque fois. Un vrai bonheur !

Posto molto carino immerso nella natura, staff super gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

Purtroppo questa struttura Bungalow non ha piu le piscine come si vede dalle foto perché essendoci la nuova struttura a 200m è tutto li... è un peccato perché il posto è molto bello e si potrebbe cmq mantenere con la piscina e altri servizi come la nuova struttura.

Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Ambiance familiale avec le petit Chicken toujours là pour vous guider jusqu'à la piscine.
Possibilité de louer des scooters facilement depuis l'hôtel.
Idéal pour ceux qui veulent se reposer et profiter des infrastructures avec une très belle vue.
Chambre confortable avec salle de bains privative outdoor (attention aux araignées)
Petit déjeuner très bien

Cons:

Il faut savoir que l'hôtel est loin de la ville, des restaurants et des activités touristiques : prévoir un moyen de transport !

Relaxed and recharged with 5-star service
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. We like that the accomodation is surrounded by the mountains. The communication was transparent from back home to throughout our stay.

The area was flooded and the manager was quick to remediate the issue. We got to stay at their sister resort Lamia Bamboo Retreat. Highly recommend both places.

Der Pool war super, allerdings 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt und Teil des Luxusresorts nebenan.

Cons:

Alles etwas heruntergekommen. Der „Pool“ vor dem Zimmer wird eigentlich durch niemanden genutzt und sieht nicht besonders einladend aus.
Das Frühstück war ok.
Man hat keine Restaurants oder ähnliches in der direkt Nähe und muss immer mindestens 10 Minuten fahren um was zu essen zu finden.

Skønt sted med en venligst personale. Meget larm fra dyr i nattetimerne.
Pros:

Virkelig sødt personale, de var helt fantastiske og hjalp til med alt vi havde brug for! Morgenmaden var også rigtig lækker og man fik store portioner. Poolfaciliteterne var virkelig lækre og det ligger et meget flot naturområde.

Cons:

Hvis man sover let er det måske ikke et sted for en. Der var MEGET larm om natten fra dyr, og da jeg sover let gjorde det min nattesøvn betydeligt ringere. Jeg vågnede flere gange hver nat og havde svært ved at falde i søvn da der var hunde der gøede ud til sent efter midnat, og der også var høns i området som begyndte at larme tidligt.

De små badekar ude foran hytterne havde kun en lille hane til at fylde dem op. Vi havde den kørende i en time og karet blev kun fyldt 1/5 op højest.
