Preparação da habitação para receber os animais
Pros:

Atendimento e conforto

Cons:

Ter de pedir a cama e tigelas para o animal de estimação.
Uma vez que avisado previamente, poderiam ter preparado a habitação com o Básico para o animal ou questionado no momento do check-in e não esperar que fosse pedido.
Contudo foi nos proporcionado sem problemas.

Pros:

Apesar da boa localização não tivemos acesso ao pequeno-almoço porque nos foi negado. No entanto aquando da reserva pelo booking constava referência de pagamento à parte no valor de 1€ por pessoa. Perante a negação por parte da receção, deixamos o nosso desagrado, para mais que somos clientes de longa data. O valor do quarto foi 140€... o que achávamos que para o valor devia ter pequeno almoço incluído. Contudo passados 3 dias o hotel comunicou que na próxima ida farão a correção. Contudo agora, nesta data, já todos os quartos apresentam preços com a referência de pequeno almoço incluído... e o mesmo valor que pagámos.

Cons:

Apesar da situação inesperada e aborrecida pode ser que tenha valido a pena para haver correção.

Outra situação desagradável é que o atendimento telefónico. Antes de chegarmos para avisar do horário provável a que chegaríamos ... tentei mais de 30 minutos sem qualquer resposta.

Qualidade geral do hotel.

Cons:

Horário da piscina limitado a crianças. As Crianças com idade inferior a 12 anos só podem frequentar a piscina interior na parte da manhã. Uma vez que é através de marcação e com alguma limitação de tempo a frequência da piscina interior, não faz qualquer sentido a regra. Acresce ainda que não foi percetível na altura da reserva esta limitação, nem foi referido no check-in quando nós questionamos sobre a utilização da piscina interior desta limitação.

Overpriced, outdated hotel

Breakfast was acceptable. Very tasty fresh fruit. The restaurant staff were very friendly

Cons:

The breakfast did not have a huge choice, the bread and croissants were not fresh. The air conditioning stopped working at 2am (with an outside temperature of 38 degrees) and staff offered another room which was even noisier than the current one. Staff also mentioned they knew the air conditioning was sometimes not working, so the room should not have been rented out. The pool was meant to open at 10am but at 11am was still not in use. Overall the facilities are very outdated.

A localização do hotel é numa zona tranquila.
A temperatura nas zonas comuns, óptima.
A simpatia e disponibilidade do staff, sobretudo na recepção, muito boa.
O quarto tinha uma área razoável e boa arrumação.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto lançava pouco frio, apesar de estar no minimo, 17º - atendendo a que o quarto está no ultimo andar, com o sol a bater todo o dia, e temperaturas acima de 30º....
No WC do quarto, a luz é fraca.

Very disappointing

This hotel is tired and in need of some refurbishments, stained carpets worn floors it didn’t make you want to stay there. It felt like nobody cared so much so we didn’t even stay for breakfast.
