relaxed, quiet location was just right to carry out our work. will be using again.
Pros:

Room was good and the bed comfy, pool was lovely the other facilities i did not use but looked very clean. bar very well priced. the view over the valley was lovely. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Only the breakfast wasn't what i expected but was still nice.

Destaco o conforto do quarto, muito acolhedor e tranquilo, bem como a excelente localização do hotel, que permite usufruir facilmente da região. Infelizmente, estes pontos positivos foram parcialmente ofuscados pela má experiência no restaurante.

Cons:

Apesar dos aspetos positivos da estadia, a experiência no restaurante do hotel, na noite de domingo, ficou muito aquém das expectativas. O tempo de espera para sermos atendidos e servidos foi excessivo, aparentemente devido ao número insuficiente de funcionários na sala e na copa. Consideramos que o serviço necessita de melhor dimensionamento e organização para garantir um atendimento adequado aos clientes.

Boa localização e boas áreas, mas com alguns contrastes.
Pros:

O lobby foi remodelado recentemente e apresenta uma imagem moderna, cuidada e agradável, criando uma excelente primeira impressão. O hotel tem também boas vistas e gostei bastante de ter piscina interior e exterior, que são espaços agradáveis e uma mais-valia.

Cons:

Existe, no entanto, um contraste bastante grande entre o lobby renovado e os quartos, que têm uma decoração mais antiga. A diferença é bastante evidente e acaba por criar alguma desilusão quando se chega ao quarto. Outro aspeto que considero particularmente negativo é a altura da banheira em relação ao pavimento, que me parece ser de cerca de 10 a 15 cm. É um desnível considerável e torna a saída da banheira pouco segura; pessoalmente, tive sempre de ter bastante cuidado ao sair do banho. Considero que este aspeto deveria ser revisto por uma questão de segurança.

Também penso que seria uma simpatia disponibilizar gratuitamente uma garrafa de água no quarto. Cobrar 1,50 € por uma garrafa parece-me desnecessário e pouco acolhedor. O pequeno-almoço poderia igualmente ser mais variado. A sala é relativamente pequena e o serviço pareceu-me algo lento.

No geral, é um hotel com boas potencialidades e alguns aspetos bastante agradáveis, mas existe uma diferença demasiado grande entre a imagem renovada das zonas comuns e a experiência proporcionada pelos quartos e pelo serviço.
