A simply gorgeous lake front hotel with fabulous location. Boat pier across from hotel and close to train station. If you are up for a splurge (honeymoon worthy) then book Suite 244. Huge, opulent, updated (electronic controlled) corner suite with views that has you feeling like royalty. It doesn’t get any better. Breakfast buffet was lovely with great selection of food in a beautiful restaurant. Garden cafe for lunch was an outdoor setting with lake view. The staff were all warm and graciously welcoming. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. I love hotels that make me feel like a Queen and this one does! It was difficult to leave.
The location is great. Staff at the reception are very welcoming and helpful.
Very clean rooms, housekeeping is doing a great job.
The porters are not very attentive.we needed help with language but they were very reluctant.
No iron in the room. I had to go down near reception to iron my clothes.
We had an amazing stay at Palace Hotel Lake Como. As soon as we entered the hotel, we noticed a very friendly and welcoming vibe. The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, guiding us from A–Z about Lake Como and the surrounding areas, which made our trip much easier and enjoyable.
The breakfast was good, but the latte here is absolutely amazing. The hotel is in an excellent prime location with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the main attractions.
The only small improvement would be the gym, which could use a little upgrade. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como.
