A good base for exploring lake Como!
Pros:

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, trains, and buses.
Our room was basic but it had what we needed and the beds were comfortable.

The inclusive breakfast was lovely, fresh, and plenty of choice to suit everyone. We ate out of an evening, plenty of restaurants within the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

All in all a pleasant 3-night stay with a lovely breakfast included each morning. Not quite as luxurious as is depicted via the online photo’s of the hotel; more accurately a 3-star in my opinion.

Pros:

L emplacement est parfait pour profiter de Côme

Cons:

La chambre " vue sur lac" est hors de prix en comparaison du service. Celle-ci est minuscule, dans un mauvais décor digne des annees 50 ( moquette verte, murs jaunes, tour de lit gris et meubles en bois noir). Rien ne va avec rien. La vue sur lac c est uniquement quand on est devant la fenêtre. Dès assis ou couché sur le lit on la perd.
Le petit dej est assez mediocre

Hotel lindo, melhor localização em frente ao Lago e bem perto da saída dos barcos.
Quarto lindo, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Embora tivesse carpet era muito limpo e sem cheiro. Sou alérgica e não tive problemas.
Café da manhã delicioso.

An excellent location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection and good quality. Our rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the extra bed provided was surprisingly comfortable as well. Overall, the hotel had a wonderful atmosphere — welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable, which made the stay feel special.

Cons:

I contacted the property more than once to request rooms close to each other, as we were travelling with children, but unfortunately the rooms allocated were some distance apart. We managed, but I feel our request could have been taken into consideration. There was also an occasional sewage smell coming from the bathroom. When we raised this, we were told that it was normal due to the building’s drainage system, so unfortunately we had to live with it during our stay.

Our como holiday is Mattia from reception
Pros:

If you want to stay in the center of Como, this is one of the best locations you can choose. We had a car, but we still chose to stay here because of the excellent location. Parking is also available. Mattia at the reception took care of everything for us—not only things related to the hotel, but also all our reservations at restaurants, bars, and other places. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
