素晴らしいホテル
Pros:

朝食のビュッフェは種類豊富でとても美味しく、朝食会場も豪華で美しい。コモ湖やコモラーゴ駅、フェリー乗り場からすぐ近く、立地が良いため観光途中の休憩にも便利。ベッドの寝心地も良かった。朝食会場のスタッフはアジア人相手でも差別なく窓の近くの湖の見える席に案内してくれていた。

Cons:

同じタイプの部屋を同じ料金で2部屋予約したが、片方はバスタブがなかった。案内写真ではバスタブ付きの部屋に見えたので少し残念だった。

Located in the heart of Como with superb access to everything
Pros:

Brilliant room that’s been well designed. We overlooked the lake. First-ever hotel bathroom that has bench space. First room ever that has a shower only with no bath which is also perfect. Staff are great and breakfast is so good with the best selection of fruit I have ever seen in a hotel. You also can not ask for a more perfect location

Pros:

Localização perfeita. Em frente ao lago de Como e do pier de onde saem os barcos para passeios. Café da manhã muito bom. Cama muito confortável e ótimo chuveiro. Atendimento excepcional. Estacionamento amplo.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno e sem luxos. As cadeiras do restaurante merecem uma repaginada pois estão um pouco datadas. O hotel é 4 estrelas e cobra 550 euros em uma diária. Preço abusivo para o que oferece. É um bom hotel mas está aproveitando do momento de alta demanda de Como para abusar no preço.

Nice hotel but I was expecting a higher standing.
Pros:

Excellent location. The breakfast was very nice.

The room was very small for the price we paid. People not enough committed for the service.

I booked a room very late on a Sunday and arrived at 20 on Sunday evening and the staff was excellent and very nice about the late booking and checking in. Can't wait to come back.
