Pros:

We booked a lake-view room, but it was extremely small. The room’s interior was horrible and tasteless, and it did not reflect the charm of the historic building at all. We were very disappointed.

Die Hotellage war super, gegenüber dem Comer See.

Cons:

Der Preis ist viel zu hoch: zwei Nächte für zwei Personen mit Frühstück in einem Zimmer von 16 qm für 1290 €. Das Hotel ist mit 4 Sternen gekennzeichnet, aber das Mobiliar ist veraltet und das Hotel ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht attraktiv. Der gesamte Boden, ob im Zimmer oder beim Frühstück, Restaurant und Flur, ist mit Teppich ausgestattet, was in der heutigen Zeit nicht sehr hygienisch ist. Meine Frage ist, ob dies mit vier Sternen gerechtfertigt ist.

Excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The location was excellent and within walking distance of the lake and restaurants. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the parking was convenient.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything met our expectations.
