Pros:

The location is great. Staff at the reception are very welcoming and helpful.
Very clean rooms, housekeeping is doing a great job.

Cons:

The porters are not very attentive.we needed help with language but they were very reluctant.
No iron in the room. I had to go down near reception to iron my clothes.

Amazing Hotel & Staff
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Palace Hotel Lake Como. As soon as we entered the hotel, we noticed a very friendly and welcoming vibe. The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, guiding us from A–Z about Lake Como and the surrounding areas, which made our trip much easier and enjoyable.

The breakfast was good, but the latte here is absolutely amazing. The hotel is in an excellent prime location with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the main attractions.

The only small improvement would be the gym, which could use a little upgrade. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como.

Pros:

The breakfast was nice and fresh. In fact, the best parts of the hotel were its location and the breakfast. There was fresh fruit, and you could order an omelette at your table.

Cons:

The rooms were old and very outdated. The outside of the hotel is much more beautiful than the inside. There were no facilities in the hotel. The outdoor bar has a nice view, but the food was poor and overpriced. It is definitely not a family hotel. There were big tour groups while we were there.

Our stay in May was not very warm. The temperature control in our room was disabled because the hotel relies on central heating. Not realizing this at first, we waited around for the room to warm up. The next day, we had to ask for an extra duvet, which was delivered without a cover. We then had to make a second request just to get them to put a cover on it.

Our request to get 2 rooms next to each other was also ignored.

Beautiful property with disappointing accommodations.
Pros:

Breakfast and staff were excellent

Cons:

Not much on answering questions about tourism. Every time a question about traveling on ferry, sightseeing, etc we received another map with no relevant response. Had to find own travel accommodations. Will never go back there.
Also large room with TINY closet space and 3 hangers for 2 people. Are you kidding me???

Perfect in every way!
Pros:

Amazing stay perfect location, great staff. Made our stay perfect. Stay was for my partners birthday they even helped arrange a spa day at a nearby hotel as the weather wasn’t great. Cannot recommend them enough!

Cons:

Just disappointed We didn’t book longer!
