A terribly disappointment and one in which we expect a refund!
Pros:

The price was good. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was filthy! The curtains were dusty and sent a cloud of dust in the air when we closed them. The bathroom was dirty, dusty. The dining room floor was dirty! The hotel wasn’t busy but they gave us rooms right by the stairs: So Noisy!!

I didn’t like anything about the property

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty we ended up getting switched to another room at the same which literally was not any better. The lock was coming out of the door there were pubes and hair all over the bathroom floor along with dirt and sand on the floor. There was pee all over the walls by the toilet and the carpet was sticky in multiple spots also all of the charging USBs were broken. Night shift lady was somewhat helpful she was newer so she wasn’t sure how to help us at the exact moment. The “manager” was HORRIBLE and treated us terrible. Rolling her eyes at us when we asked for a receipt for our stay and telling us we needed to leave for complaining about the room.

Half of the outlets in our room didn't work and there was still food in the fridge left over from the previous person

Pros:

It had a pool and hot tub

Cons:

The hotel had a dirty musty smell. Carpets are gross and need to be cleaned or updated. Stayed for 4 days and they never came to clean the room/restock towels or take out the trash. Not a location that felt safe. We stayed with a group and someone in our party had their catalytic converter stolen and hotel doesn’t have cameras pointed in the parking lot direction. Overall, would not stay here again.

Pros:

Rooms had a very weird smell to them ,pool are very hot and humid no type of ventilation and we had 6 families paying over 500 dollars per family and within those families there was about 15 kids and staff did not want to refill the free cookies for the kids.

Over all the stay was good, minus the smells.
Pros:

I like the staff! They are always friendly, and helpful. This is our 2nd time staying. This time we reserved a suite and it seemed to be a better fit for our group.

Cons:

I didn’t like that upon arrival our room smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke.
