Hotel was nice
Breakfast was mid. The pool was closed. Was told the pool would be open in April. We stayed in May. Some people choose where to stay according to having a pool open. Would like to have been told the truth before booking

Minimal gym equipment, not the most exciting breakfast, but it is included.
So Booking,com reserved a room that did NOT accomodate what I had asked for, and that was NOT Element's fault at all. I had booked a king with a pull out sofa, and Element had received the bookinf for a room without a pull out sofa. Even so, the Assistant GM Gregory did an AMAZING job scrambling, and finding me a room that better fit our needs. He was INCREDIBLE and I highly recommend him and Element.
I didn't like that as a third party, Booking had issues communicating with Element. I do not think this was Element's fault at all. If more people had been staying in Nashville this weekend, I wouldn't have had as good a time. I hope this gets fixed :)
Location was good. Rooms were ok but didn’t have coffee or water in the room.
Breakfast was horrible!!!!!!!! I stay at Element Hotels every opportunity that I have and this is the worst experience ever. In fact l think Motel 6 would be a better place than this. At 8:15am there was no food. It was completely empty. No silverware-only had forks. You only get one omelette. There were no bread, no bagels, no fruits, there were bananas but it was gone bad (blackened). What in the world???? That’s all you get for breakfast. Orange juice was diluted in water so it didn’t taste like orange juice anymore. People who came for breakfast didn’t have anything to eat. If you charge $150 per night don’t treat your guests like that. This is disgusting and disrespectful. Marriott should take this seriously because after this experience l don’t want to stay at Element Hotels ever!

I did a reservation in this property via Booking, in April 05, to the week considered (April 14 to 21). This reservation was confirmed by Booking. When arrived at front desk, the Hotel front desk employee informed me that my reservation was changed. I check my e-mail and saw that, I received a e-mail talking about this, from Booking, in the same day at 10:00 in the morning. This is completely unacceptable and could not be done this way. Booking and Property had a 9 days in advance to call or text me about the change provided by the property. I DIDN’T AGREE WITH THIS CHANGE. Booking MUST to understand that. This kind of reservation is done by Companies for employees working. This can’t be changed in the last minute. This is Unacceptable! For this reason, I’m still doing reservations in this app (Booking), but looking for another way to do it because Your company behavior in this case was irresponsible and I lost the confidence in this service. You are loosing a costumer for simply absence of RESPONSIBILITY! I will wrote this complain in all sites and all evaluation apps and companies possible. I know this will make you loose some costumers but I can feel, this don’t have great value for you and your huge company but let me remind you that the end start in some moment and for some reason. Big companies have failed in the market believing they are untouchable! I wish you have the ability to understand the only way to keep the market and stability of company is keeping the costumer satisfaction. Best regards!
Beds were comfortable, staff was very helpful with Lyft and shuttle. The breakfast is not your normal that you get at hotels. Had omelets and pancakes made fresh for you to order. The room was upscale. Location to airport is close.
Beautiful facility, especially for the price. Great breakfast and coffee. Friendly staff. From OHIO and have sought this place out on our way to Florida now twice. Recommend for families with kids as the suites are a great size. Also it was super clean and the beds were comfortable

Our favorite Nashville Hotel
The breakfast looked like it would have been good but everything was empty at 7:45 on a Sunday morning except for the young man making omelets and pancakes. The yogurt station, pastries, juice and fruit were empty
I asked the two young men at the front desk if someone could fill things since they weren’t busy. He went to get someone and she came out and started with the juice, but unfortunately to fill everything was more than one person could handle. We ate our omelettes and left, the area was filled with families looking just as frustrated.
The young man at the front desk should have gotten some additional help for her.

We always love the Element hotels but were very disappointed that even though the pool was full and it was 78 and sunny, the pool “was closed”!
