Pros:

No me gusto, tenia mas expectativas del hotel, ruidos molestos a la noche que nos despertaron, elevadores llenos de gente, 3 veces tuvimos que hacer fila para subir, mal desayuno para un occidental, etc.

Cons:

Desayuno malo y sin mesas, teniamos que esperar
Pagamos caro usd 185 por noche
Ruidos que nos despertaron durmiendo
Personal de aseo nis abrio la puerta a las 9 am
No fue la experiencia que esperabamos
No tenia amenities, ni piscina, ni salas de descanso

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, la chambre et le service. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre expérience et nous recommandons cet établissement.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne l’excursion réservée avec l’hôtel pour le dîner sur un bateau avec transfert en voiture. On nous avait demandé d’être à la réception à 19h, mais nous avons dû attendre environ 1h30 avant que la voiture arrive. Cela a été un peu frustrant car nous avions respecté l’horaire demandé

Not going to even start about 5 stars ,
Polite enough staff , standard facilitys
Cleanliness 5 out of 10 old dated have the top of the range room with dinette , no cups glasses plates or anything, bath didnt hold water noisey from all the restaurant chairs above broken window locks , sauna didnt work very very dissatisfied will be contacting booking.com for a discount
Please if your looking for 3 stars at most this is ok otherwise look at other suppierier hotels within the area , hilton, conrad , or Swiss
