Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es befindet sich direkt an einer Metrostation sowie in der Nähe weiterer öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, sodass man jeden Punkt der Stadt schnell und bequem erreichen kann. Besonders praktisch ist die kostenlose Transport Card, die das Hotel zur Verfügung stellt. Sie ermöglicht die kostenfreie Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs und beinhaltet außerdem weitere Vergünstigungen.
Obwohl das Hotel in der Nähe der Seepromenade und des Stadtzentrums liegt, ist die Umgebung angenehm ruhig.
Unser Zimmer hatte ein sehr schönes und geschmackvolles Design. Dank der bequemen Matratzen, der guten Schallisolierung und der Klimaanlage konnten wir trotz der sommerlichen Hitze hervorragend schlafen und uns gut erholen.
Alles entsprach der Beschreibung.
Das Personal spricht mehrere Sprachen, leider jedoch kein Deutsch.
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Met de gratis metrokaart, ben je snel in centrum Lausanne of aan het meer van Genève.

Cons:

Maar goed dat de metro naast het hotel is, want lopen kan een uitdaging zijn, door de hoogteverschillen.

 I celebrated my milestone 60th birthday on July 15th. Given the reputation of your hotel and the Alvotel group for attentive, premium service, I had hoped this special occasion would be acknowledged during my six-night stay.

Unfortunately, my birthday passed completely unnoticed by the reception team. While I understand that the front desk manages many daily arrivals and operational tasks, the lack of a simple greeting or small gesture felt like a missed opportunity for a boutique hotel that prides itself on personalized guest experiences.

As of today, management has not answered.

Bon petit dejeuner. Excellent emplacement. Salle de gym bien equipee. Qualite de la literie.

Cons:

Personnel d'accueil parfois peu engageant. Chambre avec poussiere dans les coins. Dans les chambres: aucune prise adaptees aux normes internationales, necessite d'acheter 10 CHF un adaptateur, aucun port USB. Difficultes pour se connecter au wifi, systeme via sms ne fonctionnant pas avec tous types de numeros internationaux - ce n'est pas efficace du tout et on s'attendrait a mieux dans un hotel de cette categorie.

Location was perfect closer to metro station and lake. Easily find a local cafe or restaurant near the hotel. Friendly and supportive staff

Cons:

The room was little small and dirty. Insufficient bath staff and they only provide 2 bottle of water for your whole stay. No lake view as promised
