Pros:

I liked the room, the Aircon, the spa downstairs but to which was saddened to notice the sauna was out of use as that's my favourite, would have liked to have at least been told about that but nonetheless we did enjoy our stay and will be back! Thank you :)

Cons:

The pillows, quite flat and not very comfy, the bed in itself mattress and all was comfortable for a night stay, when come for a extended stay would like an extra pillow or two for me and my friend. Everything else no faults :)

Short break in Sheffield
Pros:

Central location. Large room. Friendly staff. Comfy bed, pillows & shower. Pool facilities were free. Stayed previously when it was Mercure and it was a chargeable fee for pool and we never bothered that time.

Cons:

Sauna wasn't working. Didn't have dairy free milk despite asking for it at reception. Not enough storage space in rooms. Only 2 drawers. Bedside table was like a basic table. Bedside lampshade a bit tatty. One packet of biscuits for 2 people felt a bit mean. Some parts of room needs some TLC & refurbishment. Some parts of the room didn't feel it was cleaned properly like bathroom. Needs a main (big light) in the room. The smaller mood lights hard to see.

100% recommendation from us. Absolutely amazing place to stay, thank you :)
Pros:

We were greeted at the desk with a smile by your friendly staff. They gave us recommendations on where to visit during our stay which was a great help. Our room was lovely & clean and had beautiful views over the Peace Garden. And there was a shower & a bath, it's always nice to have the choice. Everything we needed was there - Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tea, coffee, fridge etc etc. And, finally, having use of the spa was brilliant. We had a little swim & chilled in the steam rooms & ice igloo. Having this included within our stay was such a lovely added bonus!.

Cons:

The bed was a little too 'Soft' for us & we kept rolling into the middle through the night. My partner awoke with back ache in the morning.
We were in room 203 so perhaps there could be a damaged slat under the mattress or maybe it's time for a new one soon.

Mooi goed gelegen hotel.
Pros:

De ligging centraal in het centrum

Cons:

Was even zoeken voor de parkeerplek ( parkeergarage heeft het hotel niet). Dus nabijgelegen Q-park. Kost toch snel 20 euro extra voor een nacht.

Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Our air con wasn't working and I asked for it to be checked and no one came. The sauna wasn't working. We found someone's hat in the corner of our room so quite clearly it wasn't cleaned very well. Our room had a crane right outside the window.

Good location, needs some attention to detail.
Pros:

Nice central location. The lady on reception when we arrived was really friendly.

Cons:

The room was very dated, with broken blinds and curtain plinths.
There were no documents with information on, numbers to cash etc, and a half empty drinks tray so no breakfast coffee.
The lady on reception was unhelpful and dismissive at our frustration that despite online advice e we would get nearby parking at a discount, this wasn’t the case so cost a fortune!
