Nous sommes très déçus par notre séjour.
Le petit-déjeuner ne vaut absolument pas son prix. La qualité et le choix proposés ne correspondent pas au tarif demandé.
Nous étions venus pour fêter l'anniversaire de notre fille. Après une journée de visite à Paris, nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel et avons découvert que le code d'accès fourni à notre arrivée ne fonctionnait plus. L'hôtel avait changé le code sans en informer les clients. Nous sommes restés bloqués à l'extérieur ( +/- vers 22h) et cette situation a malheureusement gâché l'anniversaire de notre fille.
C'est vraiment regrettable, car un simple message ou une information de la part de l'hôtel aurait permis d'éviter ce désagrément
Le personnel est très aimable et l établissement est propre et agréable , comme un petit village .
Cela manque seulement d un petit frigo et d une bouilloire mais c est un détail

vriendelijkheid van personeel, waren behulpzaam, kan van de parkeerplaats gebruikmaken op de dag dat we weg moesten en dat was erg prettig om met de taxi naar stade le france te gaan voor een concert.
Badkamer : de douchekop was niet goed. en jammer dat de deur naar extra kamer er niet in zat. en de kussens waren erg klein.
Posto tranquillo dove soggiornare, pulito e con un letto molto comodo. Pulizia impeccabile e servizio eccelso.

L'emplacement à 10 minutes du stade de France en voiture, surtout avec le parking gratuit,le personnel de la réception,confort du matelas, propreté , j'ai passé une bonne nuit
La chambre était propre par contre une balèze d' araignée écrasée sur le carrelage de la salle de bain je n ai pas tout compris se que ça faisait là surtout si le ménage avait été fait 🤔
Il manque un petit frigo histoire de mettre au moins des bouteilles d'eau surtout par forte chaleur
Je me suis senti bien dans la chambre c’était très propre .
J’étais seul il n’y avait personne sauf mes deux derniers jours
Nous venions pour un concert au stade de france et tres bon emplacement à moins de 10 minutes.
Tres bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner.
Parking fermer la nuit.
