We enjoyed it, but dining experience was a let down, too expensive not matched with value
Cons:

We were there for a family birthday, with two relatives, 80 and 85, (which I had explained), and we were put right at the other end of the hotel, a long way to walk to the breakfast room! It would have been more preferable to be nearer the breakfast room for the grandparents.
We dined at the restaurant on the first night of our visit. It was extremely expensive, in comparison with other lovely restaurants we went to, which also had good views. For what we paid, I would have expected everything to be amazing. We expected the food to be served on warm plates and be hot; however, the food came out just warm, and we had to eat it quickly because it was getting cold.

A wonderful stay with breathtaking views, and I would gladly return many times in the future.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The apartments were spacious and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a family vacation.

Cons:

I have two comments. First, the distances within the resort are quite long. The reception area is far from some of the apartments, and at times the property felt like a maze because of how much walking was required.

Second, the room was advertised as having a lake view, but in reality it only offered a partial view of the lake rather than a direct lakefront view. While the scenery was still nice, the description felt a little misleading.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist easy mit dem Bus ab Bahnhof Lugano in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Zu Fuss sind es etwa 15 Minuten. Schönes Hallenbad (beheizt auf etwa 28 Grad) und Whirlpool (etwa 34 Grad). Aussenpool ein Traum, leider nicht beheizt (obwohl es teils auf Plattformen anders geschrieben steht). Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut, jedoch nicht überragend. Dafür ist die Terrasse mit Blick über Lugano ein Traum. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, kriegten aber schlussendlich ein Appartement mit sicher 100 m2.

Cons:

Aussenpool nicht beheizt und somit zu kühl zum schwimmen (anfangs Juni). Schade, denn der Pool wäre schlicht ein Traum (infinity mit top Aussicht).

Pros:

Grosser Balkon. Schöner Aussenpool. Phantastischer Garten mit toller Aussicht.

Cons:

Innenpool am Wochenende erst ab 08:00 offen (ansonsten ab 06:30 - toll vor dem frühstücken). Angebot des Frühstückbuffets ok, aber in dieser Preisklasse nicht sehr gross.

Nice place with nice views.
Pros:

Nice big hotel, big rooms with balcony. Helpfull front office staff.

Cons:

16 euros for a "mojito" that was not even a mojito i think is too much. We mentioned that mojito was not really a mojito, but the waitress did not react in any way, just passive. Maybe she just did not know how a real mojito should look/taste like.

We don't really see the point of presenting and asking for pillows preferance and option, when in the room there are still the classic hotel pillows. Maybe was just for research among guests.

Pros:

La struttura vista dall’esterno e’ molto bella ed elegante.

Cons:

La camera junior suite vista lago , non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato, le prese della corrente non funzionavano e non abbiamo potuto ricaricare il telefono. I mobili vecchi e rovinati. I condizionatori accesi emettevano un rumore assordante e molto fastidioso, tanto che li abbiamo spenti. Le poltrone quanto siamo entrati erano messe a caso , ammucchiate. La colazione no comment , croissant e dolci duri perché non freschi e non di qualità .

Από τις χειρότερες. Για την ακρίβεια η δεύτερη χειρότερη για όσα χρόνια ταξιδεύω στην Ευρώπη.

Μόνο η θέα.

Cons:

Δεν είχε κλιματισμό. Όταν παραπονεθήκαμε μας είπαν να φέρουν ανεμιστηρες, με 36 βαθμούς.Μύριζε σαν νοσοκομείο και ενώ είχαμε κλείσει τρεις ημέρες, μείναμε μόνο μια.
