Angenehmes Hotel über dem Luganer See
Pros:

Der Pool ist sehr schön. Außerdem ist das Hotel insgesamt gut ausgestattet, sauber und ansprechend.Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und die Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse ist überwältigend. Empfehlenswert ist zudem ein Abendessen im Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen und Service.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt doch weit entfernt vom Zentrum, was uns nicht so sehr störte, da Lugano nach unserem Empfinden kaum schöne Ecken hat. An der Rezeption könnte die Kommunikation etwas besser ausfallen, indem z.B. auf die Möglichkeit, Handtücher für den Pool am Pool zu bekommen hingewiesen wird oder auf die Tatsache, dass das gebuchte Zimmer erst um 15 Uhr beziehbar ist. Dies ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber man ließ uns das Auto ausräumen, um uns dann mitzuteilen, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir das Auto auch erst später ausgeräumt.

Grosse Zimmer
Küche, Korridor, Balkon und TV vorhanden
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.
Gym ebenfalls super.

Cons:

Klimaanlage nur im Korridor, nicht in den Schlafzimmern.

Ein super tolles Zimmer, ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, aufmerksame Bedienung, abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte, zwei Restaurants, Top-Lage, Gratis-Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Une chambre d exception et une cuisine hors du commun
Pros:

La piscine extérieur, large petit déjeuner et avant tout une chambre d un espace inhabituellement grand ☺️😜

Cons:

Au mois de Juillet un petit déjeuner stressant pour le personnel par le comportement des hôtes.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Sehr schöne Aussicht, gute Lage, zu Fuss 14 Minuten nach Lugano, Mit Bus kann man wieder hochfahren fast vor das Hotel.
Pool hat tolle Aussicht, Pool Bar ist immer besetzt. Personal ist sehr nett.

Cons:

Das man nicht direkt ins Haus gehen kann und immer den langen Weg im Hotel gehen muss. Frühstück sollte bis 1100 Uhr dauern, vor allem in der Ferienzeit, will man länger schlafen.
