Leider nicht zufrieden! Es wurde nichts mehr investiert.

Lage, Frühstück auf der Terrasse, nettes Personal!!

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommen, ich hatte
meine Frau dabei, hatte noch einen Aufpreis von 70.—. Es fehle ein 2. Bademantel und Tücher im Bad. Da hat das Hotel nach dem Einchecken leider nicht reagiert.

Sehr ringhörig! Der Aufzug machte bei jeder Bewegung laute Geräusche! Um 7 Uhr schon aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Für 300.— die Nacht ein no Go!

Das Frühstück war ein Highlight! Das Hallenbad hat ihnen auch gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für die alten Leute nicht ideal. Zu weit weg, zu gross, keinen Stuhl im Schlafzimmer.

Hotel Top - Zimmer Flop
Pros:

Frühstück, Massage und Personal war super. Fitness auch. Aussicht vom Zimmer war traumhaft. Dir umliegende Liegenschaft ist sehr schön gepflegt.

Cons:

Premium Zimmer war überhaupt nicht Premium. Teilweise etwas heruntergekommen. Steckdose auf Balkon defekt. Das Bett war Steinhart. Premium streichen dann passt es aber. Ist trotzdem ganz angenehm halt nur nicht der Erwartung "premium" entsprechend.

Très moyen..
Pros:

La terrasse et la vue du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Chambre vieillotte et pas cosy, odeur de climatisation horrible.
Parking payant ..les rideaux de l hotel sont vieux.
On s attendait a beaucoup mieux vu le prix .
Franchement il y a beaucoup mieux et moins cher sur Lugano.
