Het is een oud hotel met gedateerde kamers/ badkamers. De airco stonk, zat een bruine rand aan de wc borstelhouder, we moesten douchen in bad (vandaar dat er geen foto’s van de badkamer op de site stonden), we hebben uit voorzorg de airco niet gebruikt omdat hij zo stonk en volgens mij al een tijd niet gebruikt was, dus was het erg warm in de kamer. Het zwembad was ook veel minder dan op de foto’s. Het personeel was ongeïnteresseerd, wisten ons ook niet te vertellen hoe je het beste in het centrum kon komen. De ligging was ook niet positief, op een industrieterrein, konden alle geluiden van trein tot vliegtuig tot verkeerd goed horen. De kamers waren verre van geluidsdicht, we konden de buren bijna letterlijk verstaan. Het was het geld zeker niet waard, we hadden spijt dat we het hadden geboekt zonder mogelijkheid tot annuleren.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Besonders positiv war, dass das Restaurant abends noch geöffnet hatte und wir dort noch etwas essen konnten. Das Essen war gut und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt. Nachts war alle 10 Minuten ein Geräusch zu hören, vermutlich von einem Generator. Im obersten Stockwerk war dies wahrnehmbar, hat uns persönlich etwas gestört.
Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Service und einem empfehlenswerten Restaurant.
The only nice, polite and pleasant member of staff was the male receptionist working evening 7th September
Everyone else was either moody, rude, dismissive. One asked me for a 5€ deposit for a fork for my takeaway dinner. A couple of hours later, when I went to returned it, I said good evening to the staff at the bar he just rolled his eyes.
. Asked the cleaning lady for a bottle of water, on a 30° weather, she refused, because I had one 1ltr bottle on the 1st day for my 3 day stay...considering they claim to be a 4 star hotel...
