Pros:

The location is quite good: a park is just across the street, and many nice dining and shopping places nearby

Cons:

The King Room with City View turned out to be small (stuffed with various furniture that made it small overall), the bed was a queen bed, not a king bed (the lady at the reception said that it is Hyatt's standard - king and queen beds are the same, sic!).

The breakfast restaurant was extremely cold, my cup of coffee turned cold in 5 mins after being brewed. When complained to the staff, I was told they had warm blankets, and I could ask them for one...

And there is no luggage service at all - it is a bit inconvenient when you have several suitcases to care about

非常棒的住宿品質，員工友善親切，房間乾淨整潔，早餐可以再變化一些會更好，不然連續住宿菜色都一樣，有些失望！
Pros:

搭乘地鐵非常便利，中山公園8號出口走路1分鐘就到了，進地鐵站延著地下街走6分鐘抵達進站刷卡處！

早餐每天都一樣，熟食區天天菜色可變化更好！

Pros:

Good basic gym for a maintenance lift. Clean, well equipped rooms that have excellent Chinese interior design. Great location.

Cons:

Minor thing: The staff were accommodating, but front desk staff seem stressed, or maybe it's a cultural difference. A smile makes a difference to my experience. Otherwise, no complaints.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room did smell of cigarette smoke after the first night, not clear why. The hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move me so provided an air purifier which helped a little but not fully.
