Cons:

Schimmel an den Fugen im Bad, Fotos vom Hotel auf booking com entsprachen nicht der Realität; Frühstück war eine Katastrophe- Essen Kalt oder schmeckt nach Plastik; Empfangsdame super unfreundlich; wir wollten Stornieren über booking com nachdem wir im Hotel angekommen sind - leider hat nie jemand aus dem Hotel auf unsere Stornoanfrage reagiert und wir mussten gezwungenermaßen unseren gesamten Urlaub dort verbringen…

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento, tanto en piscinas, habían dos cerradas de tres, y sobretodo los ascensores!! Tanta gente para 4 ascensores porque 2 estaban averiados

Pros:

La atención del petsonal,teniamos un problema de ruido del aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron a una habitación superior

Cons:

Mucha gente para montar en el ascensor,no funcionaban todos.
Tener que hacer cola en recepcion para todo( toallas piscina,quejas,entradas y salidas etc

Un poco decepcionante

El funcionamiento de los ascensores, la atención de algunos empleados. No nos gustó que éramos cinco y nos dejaron en la habitación, como cortesía, unos tickets para una copa de champan de bienvenida para cuatro y cuando lo dijimos en el bar de la piscina no nos quisieron dar esa copa que faltaba cosas que no entendimos y más cuando luego en el desayuno podías tomar todo el que quisieras. Fue un detalle feo. Teníamos dos habitaciones y en una de ellas había uñas que tardaron dos días en quitarlas. La cisterna no funcionaba y cuando fueron a arreglarlo nos encontramos después que habían dejado la pieza que quitaron en la ducha. Otro día entramos al comedor a los 14:30, el turno terminaba a las 15, y no quedaba fideuá y, aunque todavía entraba más gente no la volvieron a reponer aunque nos dijeron que sí. Pedimos unas almohadas que es un servicio que ofrecen que no llegaron hasta el día siguiente y porque tuvimos que ir a recepción a por ellas. Ante nuestras quejas nos dijeron que nos dejarían un detalle de cortesía en la habitación por las molestias y se trataba de cuatro bombones que ya los ponen de cortesía igualmente a la entrada el primer día. En fin, pequeñas cosas que sumadas hacen que no disfrutes tanto como esperábamos.

Que todo lo cobraban aparte : toallas de playa, acceso al mirador, uso del sauna , etc
Los ascensores no fu.cionaban bien, lo que provocaba demoras y filas para usarlo
