Las instalaciones en general. La piscina particularmente. La habitación estaba muy bien, bastante espaciosa.

Cons:

La RED WIFI no tenia cobertura 5ghz, solo 2,4 esto limita la velocidad. Ademas el desagüe del plato de ducha estaba medio obstruido y se acumulaba el agua. La puerta corredera de la terraza estaba había que hacer una fuerza excesiva para abrirla.

Hotel has great view, but not much else !!
Pros:

The room was nice, although a little dated. The bathroom is separated in two with two little glass doors, which I thought just got in the way. Transfer from airport was great and got dropped off right outside the hotel which is not always the case in benidorm. Buses run from the hotel into the old and new town areas. I took the hop on bus was 14 euro, but did take most of the day checking out different areas, my favourite was the first stop on poniente beach near the old town, had a lovely glass of wine and chatted to some lovely people while watching the world go by.
The hotel reception for me was a little slow and the staff didn't seem very well trained. I spoke to some people who waited over two hours to check in, this cannot be acceptable. Every day around mid day the queue for reception was massive, so it's not a one off but the norm from my experience.
The food was OK but nothing brilliant. The show cooking was a chef overcooking loads of fish and meat, nothing special at all. On Sunday the restaurant at lunchtime was packed with mostly Spanish people and extremely noisy, may have had something to do with dance competition. The dance competition brought its own difficulties with kids pushing in the queue at the lifts, yes I did have to say something !!.
Overall I would not stay here again. They cater prominently for the Spanish clients and I was made to feel almost a second class citizen at times. I travel alone a lot and have always found lots of lovely people to chat too, but not here.

Dirty, reception don’t answer the phone, gym doesn’t open until 10 o’clock, staff not helpful, absolutely horrible old tired rundown hotel, hardly any umbrellas around the poolside only a handful so guests having to fight for them,

Our room was dirty - it had dirty socks from a previous occupant over the smoke detector two of them.
The balcony was absolutely disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned.

This hotel is not 4 star and is more like a 2*
