Vacaciones en Benidorm fantásticas
Pros:

El edificio es muy chulo, la habitación genial y con unas vistas espectaculares, el bufet está muy bien, el servicio de los trabajadores muy bueno

Nice hotel, but staff and organization ruined the stay. Wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

The hotel felt luxury and the view from the window was lovely. There was onsite parking, and the shower facilities were good. We also received a 'welcome gift' of chocolates and a postcard.

Cons:

The hotel got hacked before I arrived, my details were compromised, and I was asked to confirm my bank details, from who I thought was the hotel. This led to over £200 being taken from my bank account by whoever hacked the hotel, and the hotel made me aware of this after it had happened.
Also, I had an interaction with a very rude member of staff, I wanted an iron after I had checked in, so I went down to reception to ask for one, and was met with a very rude man, who blatantly ignored me when I asked, he told me to wait until he had checked people in (there was at least 10 people to get checked in), so I did wait, and then more people continued to turn up to get checked in and he kept serving them and ignoring me. Overall I would say at least 80% of the staff members working here were rude.

El trato del personal en el comedor, antipáticos y les preguntas y contestan mal, berdelys una camarera, que le dije que si por favor iban a reponer las naranjas y como estaba hablando con otro señor que se estaba quejando por otro motivo, me contestó gritando y con chulería que si yo no veía que estaba ocupada con ese cliente? le dije en su cara que a mí no me gritara ni me hablara así y siguió igual, me dijo que iba a buscar al encargado y le dije que fuera que le iba a poner una queja y todavía estoy esperándola!!!!
Ya puedes tener la mesa llena de platos que allí nadie te los recoge, excepto ZAHARA, una trabajadora que no para y te atiende con mucha amabilidad, la única del comedor amable, otro chico con un moño, recoge los platos y a golpes los vacía aposta como para molestar, le miras y te mira y sigue dando más golpes aposta, increíble. Digo los nombres que sé, porque me fijé en la tarjeta identificativa que llevan.
Otra camarera rubia con el pelo casi de largo que le llegaba al culo, con el pelo suelto, otra tocándose el pelo y tirando los pelos al suelo, eso lo vi yo con mis propios ojos, me parece una guarrería .
