The stay was nice for one night. The view was amazing as well.
Pros:

The location was great for what I came to visit for which were the crabs.

Cons:

I didn't like the pillows. They were extremely too soft.

Nothing!I have already complained about this property and I have received no response. I was there for three nights, they never cleaned our room once. The restaurant was never open for lunch or dinner and it was a weekend. The staff complained they hated their jobs. I wanted a discount the room they gave us was a king suite, it had mold in the bathroom, we had to change rooms to a double full with two beds not a suite. And he said because we went through your service he couldn't offer me a discount. I had to call you. i called you, and got nothing

My wife & I enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

The Staff very friendly! Close to other places to eat.

Cons:

Charging $.17.00 for breakfast too much. Hagerstown is free!

The property was nice. It was kept tidy and clean.

Cons:

We were put in an overflow room (101). The view was nice. The shower was very small. Barely enough room to move. There was no chair or a table. If you wanted to sit, the bed was your only option. Became very uncomfortable.

Stayed here a year ago and the site has declined a bit since. Definitely not Hilton standards.
Pros:

Location was convenient. Room was comfortable. Chosen bed was clean except for minor tear in bottom sheet.
AC worked well.

Cons:

Surfaces were not as clean as expected. The spread on the other bed needed to be replaced, it was covered with frayed threads. The elevator needed to be cleaned, buttons were visibly dirty, panel was covered in touch prints. Floor was dirty.
Security lock on room door was loose and screws could be removed.

Lovely Water Views!
Pros:

This was a quick stop for the night to break up a long road trip, and it did not disappoint. It was a pretty bare bones property, but it was clean, quiet, and budget friendly. The water views were a nice treat for the soul.

Cons:

We reserved a king suite with king bed and were given room with queen. I said something at front desk and they said insisted it was an upgrade and we were lucky. The sleeping accomodations were the most important part of the room to us. The shower didn't have a working fan and very low water pressure.

Pros:

Great hotel, location, and team. Always enjoy my stay at this hotel. Rooms are very nice and I love having the balcony off the room to enjoy the area. Location is very convenient to Route 50.
