Das Hotel liegt verkehrstechnisch äußerst günstig. Der Empfang ist freundlich gestaltet. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Der Aufenthalt ist mit gut bewertet, weil wir keine überhöhten Ansprüche haben und alles zweckmäßig vorgefunden haben. Das Wichtigste ist uns die Sauberkeit und die ist vorhanden.

Leider gab es auch Mängel die wir mit Verbesserungsvorschlägen anbringen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist so verbaut, dass man sich im Wohnbereich immer im Gebläsebereich befindet. Dadurch nicht möglich sie laufen zu lassen wenn man sich im Zimmer aufhält. Bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur und aufgeheiztem Zimmer schwierig. Die Vorhänge sind zwar sehr dick und dunkeln ab, schaffen aber nicht, die Zimmertemperatur erträglich zu halten.

Das Frühstück war alles andere als ansprechend. Die Brötchen waren hart und trocken, mindestens vom Vortag. Das Brot tw. auch. Der Aufbau wirkte lieblos und nur mit dem absolut Notwendigsten bestückt. Am Teller klebten von unten Essensreste, schlecht oder gar nicht gespült. Die Besteckoberflächen sind vollkommen stumpf und fleckig aufgrund mangelnder Qualität. Leider alles etwas unappetitlich.

Es wirkt wie ein Zweckhotel, eben für Messegäste. Es ist im Zimmer kein einziger Schrank vorhanden.

Störend beim Frühstück waren der Publikumsverkehr im Eingangsbereich und an der Rezeption. Hier fehlt ein Raumteiler.

Der Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit braucht eine Aufwertung der Bestuhlung und ansprechendere Gestaltung mit z.B. Blumenkübeln.
