My aunt and I visited Ghana for the very first time for Kingdom Karnival — a new Caribbean music festival that hosted the very first Caribbean carnival in Ghana.
While the event organizers had a hotel they recommended, we opted to stay at Number One Oxford for a more calm and relaxed atmosphere.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. You feel like you are experiencing luxury from the minute you walk in. The rooms continued that elegance and beauty. Comfortable beds, big showers with great water pressure and great hotel wide amenities like a pool and gym.
It’s also extremely well located — surrounded by some great restaurants and shops and easy to get to basically anywhere else you’d want to go.
The staff are the ones who made the experience the most magical. Everyone was incredibly kind from the front desk to the porters to the restaurant service team. We were met with kindness and high quality service every where we turned. Special shoutout to our dedicated butler Daniel who was so attentive and respectful. His service was consistently above and beyond. And to Michael who was always so gracious and attentive as well.
When we make it back, we will definitely stay again. We leave with lots of fondness in our hearts and appreciate the team for ensuring that we had the best impression of Ghana and the Ghanaian people!
Situation, standing de l'immeuble (belle architecture), bel appartement avec balcon panoramique avec vue lointaine sur me, personnel d'accueil charmant et aux soins.
Je n'ai pas apprécié par contre la literie. J'aurais préféré un lit 3 places avec matelas un peu plus dur et épousant le dos.
I had a great experience staying at Number One Oxford Street. It was refreshing from the front desk with the dream time. The butler service is a nice touch. Derrick our concierge /Butler was 5-star all the way. All the support butlers and staff were so warm and professional. The rooms are spacious, and it's walkable to all restaurants and bars. We will be back to try their many properties. Bravo.
Awesome hotel. Stayed here for a night on our way through Africa and the staff was incredible. Jessica at the front desk was especially helpful and took very good care of us. The rooms were really nice and the gym and pool were gorgeous. I would recommend staying here while in Accra
By far the most amazing HUMBONCOUS experience. The best hotel I have been to in my entire life. Very elegant butlers at your service 24 hours. Breakfast and restaurant luxury stay. Everyone at the hotel is there to make sure every moment you spend there is remarkable. Walking distance to casinos republic lounge KRUNA night club.
Most definitely will be back.
