That if you’re choosing to stay at a hotel, you shouldn’t have to pay for the parking I understand for valet, but if you’re doing general parking, shouldn’t have to pay for it

Excellcent location - on the riverwalk / very close to the boat tours

Room wasn't ready when we got there even through it was 1-hour after check-in time
Hotel is litlle bit dated
No ice in the ice machines / This is a prpoblem during high summer.

Beautiful hotel in great location for riverwalk
Pros:

Lovely spacious Hotel great location on the river walk and amazing room.

Cons:

Wouldn’t serve bar food after 11pm even though waitress said they would so we stayed and then couldn’t but was too hot to wander about due to heatwave

Beautiful, relaxing and in a great location
Pros:

We had a fantastic couple of nights and only wish we stayed longer! Our twin suite was spacious and quiet. The rooftop gym and pool are a great alternative to the Tower of the Americas (which is a waste of time & money). Enjoyed delicious food & drinks and the hotel is located right at the river walk so close to everything. Very relaxing, would absolutely stay there again

Pros:

We booked wheelchair accessible suite with two beds. Living room enormous; beds were full, not queen, with 10" on outsides up against walls. The two rooms should be flipped to accommodate two queen beds. We had no tissues, no blankets (only sheets) lotsa noise from other rooms; the three elevators, and traffic. No view, & roll-in shower leaked puddles into bathroom.
