Cons:

Bath shower curtain was bad. Bath plug pulled out and possibly broken and just left like that for my arrival. Pool drains on top floor were blocked.

Cons:

My wife asked for a extra blanket and it was never delivered. Restaurant dinner was not edible but was not charged for it. Breakfast was great.

The location is excellent. Having the Riverwalk at your feet is great. No other hotel has an architecture that connects you with the Riverwalk. Staff is outstanding. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are always active.
